I am very happy with the customer service I have recieved. I initially ordered a dress in the wrong size and upon requesting a refund I was instead offered to not only keep the dress I order but to order another one with the cost covered only having to pay a shipping fee. Wesley was a very helpful person and once I have recieved my item I will be very happy with how I was treated. Thank you

I don't normally order off of unknown websites, but the dress advertised was so freaking cute and I thought I'd take a chance. I'm kinda glad I did.

"Kinda" because I do like the print - it is adorable! However, for a company named "Cotton Poppy", I expected the dress to resemble something close to cotton. However, it's polyester - vaguely reminiscent of parachute cloth.

Shipping was also an issue - I ordered the dress, then got an email over a week later stating that the dress couldn't be shipped because it was out of stock. Then I got an email a couple of days after that saying it was in stock and on its way to me. When I checked shipping a few days after that (this was about 2.5 weeks later - so do NOT expect quick shipping with this store), it seemed to be stuck in customs. It finally made its way thru only to be told that the package may be damaged.

Thankfully, I FINALLY got it - only to find that it's bigger than sized - so the dress was a little too big. I can fix it, but it's an important to note.
