When things go right for Country Clean all
is ok. However when things go wrong they aren’t a bit helpful.
They don’t answer their phones or emails.
If you’re lucky enough to get a call back they’re rude and unprofessional.
They think they’re doing us a favour yet we’re the ones paying them for a service.
Think I’ll be looking into switching and spending my money on a company that will appreciate the business and pick up the phone if I’ve a genuine query.

Arrogant workers

Hi, please somebody can help me? I’m trying to get a bin service but I have no answer about. It’s very bad. I need to give to they my card details to start the service… but they don’t contact me… I try all day to contact them, but nothing. Please help me. I have more 10 waste big begs full in my house. I don’t know what can I do more…. Your order reference number is: REG-353285

An ignorant, arrogant company that treats customers with contempt. I cannot agree more with people who complain about the glass bin service. Totally unreliable despite its rigid, short-notice info on collection time.

Ah, the good ol' inferior service with a side of short notice! It's like a surprise party, but instead of cake, you get to deal with missed collections. And who doesn't love a game of 'guess when the glass will be collected'? It's like a real-life treasure hunt, except the treasure is your recycling! And let's not forget the 16-hour warning text - nothing like a last-minute heads up to add some excitement to your day. It's almost like a fun little game of 'be home or deal with it later.' Good times!

Ignorant company except help with bill payment when there so much suedo cooperation😇 but when dealing with elderly "rules are rules are rules" rigedly adhered to.

Worst sales and support team I have ever dealt with. The sales team never got back to me and when I rang them a second and third time the woman I dealt with was just plain rude.
If they find it that hard to take my business in a polite manner I can only imagine how bad the service would be after they had my money! Run a mile from these clowns.

Customer service was extremely helpful when I had an issue. I was so impressed with how they dealt with everything so professionally.

I’ve just dealt with country clean today and last week and honestly I must say both of these girls were so professional friendly and great to talk with ..last week it was a girl called Emily so sweet and helpful.and today 7.8.24 I dealt with a girl called Megan she really took the time to explain what’s what as I wrote things down,great patients and so polite and a little bit of laughter to and that’s great to receive on the phone rather then a grumpy person who has no time or intrest to talk to their customers..all in all these girls are fab with their work skills in customer service a pleasure to talk to ,credit to yer team I would honestly request either one of these girls if I needed to talk to yer customer care team again ..10 out of 10

These 5 star reviews from people with glowing reports and 1 review on their account are not real people. They are country clean being as unprofessional as they are in business. Disgusting to deal with when their is collection issues and they use the excuse of a contract being for a period and not a number of collections when they do not collect the bin. Disgusting company and massively ignorant support

Very happy with the service from this company. Once you keep your account up to date, you won’t have any problems, that’s been my experience. Found the customer care professionals very helpful.

For the past year, my previous bin collection service was excellent. However, since moving to a new house, I've had nothing but problems. It took a frustrating 15 days just to get the bins transferred from my old address.

To make matters worse, the customer support team has been unprofessional and unhelpful. They seem more focused on finding excuses than actually resolving the issue. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere!

Awful company, I was put on a Stop even though I had paid the months instalment. The council took my bins I asked them for help as I had paid for the month already but all I got was abuse over the phone and email I apparently “didn’t appreciate” the tough job they do. They subsequently collected my bins after last time I spoke to them I was on a Stop and demanded I pay for it again. They charged me for the collection even though it was paid and on a stop and to make matters worse the council took my bins so I didn’t even get to enjoy wat I paid for. They’re awful they didn’t collect my bins loads of times and sent out “special collections to make up for their mix up and charged me even though they were doing this to make up for their f ups. They told me what it would cost to rejoin their customer service is awful. Do not use this company there r better ones like panda and green star.

We just move to a new house, change over was not a problem. Sean was very professional and helped me with everything. I also had few questions regarding bin collections, he responded my email very quick. I don't see any hassle with them and can honestly recommend this company.

They don't even deserve a 1 star.

As others have complaint, when you want to change the address and put a stop in the account it's all problems. Bin was not collected because they put a stop in the account too early and now they are refusing to issue a refund for the money for the remaining of the term I will not be using.

Not surprise to see how easy they prefer to lose a customer. When you ring them up, in their voicemail they offer you a job! This has to be a horrible place to work in, and no wonder why the staff dont care about their customers.

Basically very bad. only took half of rubbish and left half in bin. Totally disappointed.

THEY DAMAGED THE BIN AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THIS!!TOTALLY DISGUSTED SERVICE!!
