After loosing a hearing aid whilst walking in high winds, Countrywide Hearing were selected by my Insurers to retest my hearing and fit the replacement hearing aid which was a Phonak Audio Sphere. This was all done very efficiently by a mobile audiologist who visited me in my home and was all done with two phone calls and a short wait of 3 days -Thank You

From the first contact to the successful completion of my insurance claim Countrywide Hearing provided outstanding service. I highly recommend them.

Excellent and very prompt service in replacing my mum’s hearing aid via an insurance claim. All completed within one week. It was great to speak to an actual person on the phone. The appointment was confirmed and the audiologist who made a home visit was lovely and very kind with my mum. There was also a follow up visit 2 weeks later to check everything was ok. Which it was. Many thanks to all.

Exceptional care and thoughtful explanations provided by Floyd to ensure my elderly Mum’s hearing aids were professionally set up and that she understood the regular regime for optimal performance. Where did I start ,within hours of getting in touch with country hearing we recieved a call asking a few questions, what hearing aids we were interested, an home appointment was made within 3 days ,
Country hearing came to the home ,done hearing test ,set up hearing aids,within the hour we were very happy customers, everyone was so polite, helpful along the way,and we were reassured they would be there for us alway .so glad we pick this fabulous company ,thanks again

Very good company to deal with. Paul, the Audiologist arrived promptly and was so patient and kind with my Mum who has macular degeneration as well as such bad hearing. All sorted within 45 minutes. Highly recommend thus company for hearing aids.

The Audiologist turned up on time he explained what he was tasked to do then proceeded to carry out the process of testing my hearing and matching the new hearing aid all very comfortably. A very efficient and good humoured experience.

From the moment countrywide hearing first got in contact through the insurance company after a hearing aid lost, they have been nothing but professional and informative. Peter the gentleman how carried out the fitting of the replacement hearing aid was also professional, polite and understanding. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the initial contact by phone ( yes I actually spoke with a real person straight away) the process on my claim was first class. It took 1 week from the phone call to the audiologist Paul visiting me at home with the replacement hearing aids, fitted very professionally.

Countrywide hearing have been amazing through every step of the process. From initial consultation due to insurance claim to getting new hearing aids replaced due to not being happy with them.

The supplier of said hearing aids were absolutely not on the same level however but will all be rectified due to helpful nature of the staff at countrywide.
