Une arnaque !! 36€ pour une vulgaire bague en acier !! Même la taille était petite. Fuyez ce site des escros la fameuse tête de mort mémento Mori ! Oublié pour des chinois je trouve bizarre qui arnaque les gens !

Very easy process the rings I ordered were just beautiful very well made and looked exactly like the picture ,I've now ordered a third ring for my niece . Very impressive.

The rings were exactly as expected. Cannot fault them. the only draw back was the delivery time was a little longer than expected .

I ordered a ring size 13 from coutureaura on 03292025 and the ring received was probably a size 10 which did not fit.
I contacted the business by internet on 03302025 to address the ring too Small concern. I received a courteous email response from Coutureaura on 04012015 requesting I send a picture of the ring. I complied with a ring picture email response on 04102025. I have not received any response, nor a replacement ring, nor a refund.

I ordered to rings at a very good price . When the rings arrived one didn't look anything like picture . The other was faded and tarnished . When asking for full refund they barter with you on how much refund you should receive using cost of shipping as an issue. I gave up in the end and agreed. I only lost 20 GBP but I feel I may be one of the lucky ones . Please avoid at all cost .
