I called to complain about an issue with the wardrobe installed, but felt that both the 10-year warranty and after-care services from your company were very disappointing. CSW could not even acknowledge how I felt with a broken wardrobe door in less than a year of installation, but rather more effort was put in to avoid being accountable for a possible defective product. I hope to get this issue resolved, but won't use your services again for future projects which I plan to initiate.

We had wardrobes for 3 bedrooms fitted, which we are really happy with. When we compare quality and service to another company used Coventry sliding wardrobes are exceptional. Workman are really friendly, office staff professional and price fair. Would definitely recommend and use them again

This is my second time ordering a wardrobe from you, but this time I am extremely disappointed with the service. The mirror installation was overlooked, and I was not informed.

Although I contacted your team to reschedule, the appointment has been repeatedly postponed, and the mirror has still not been installed. Furthermore, if I choose not to proceed with the installation, I have been informed that a refund for the mirror cost will not be provided, which I find unacceptable.

So happy we decided to go with Coventry Sliding Wardrobes, we had all 4 bedrooms with fitted sliding wardrobes, one with an integrated desk area for my sons gaming, nothing was too much trouble, the workmanship was excellent, would highly recommend and have recommended this company to anyone looking for quality fitted furniture… thanks to the team at Coventry Sliding Wardrobes, we’ll be back to have some more bespoke items made soon!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a fantastic experience with Coventry sliding wardrobes. The owner priced it up and then his fitters did an excellent job. I was unsure how they would fit them as it was an awkward job but they did it really well and I'd say it was a near perfect finish.... a great bunch of lads and I'd recommend them to anyone
