I was an early Coverage Cat customer and have been buying insurance, from various places, for over 15 years. It was by far the best experience I've had and I hope the entire industry moves in this direction. Being able to do everything online, with a knowledgeable broker as a backstop for any questions / concerns I had, was transformative. Strong recommendation

I'm a repeat customer for renters insurance at Coverage Cat. While I originally received a high quote elsewhere, Coverage Cat directed me to a much lower rate that met all my needs. When I needed to change policy a year later, Coverage Cat again helped me out easily. Customer service was great: real humans to talk to and give me advice.

Friend of a friend recommended it for umbrella insurance and I'd say the experience was great. Even though they didn't have a good policy for me, their broker referred me to another brokerage who knew exactly what we needed. They were very responsive and fast, and saved us a ton of time.

If you have a rental property, or have other stuff going on in your life, just use Coverage Cat and let them handle it. They helped me work through switching my insurance on a rental property and new home while I coordinated a big move with my family. Their site was straightforward and their broker made me feel secure that I was getting the best option on my properties.

The broker I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and helped me navigate a very very confusing purchase and comparison process. I felt very taken care of and came out the other end with a policy and a lot of confidence about how to shop for my insurance moving forward. If you're feeling lost or overwhelmed, I highly recommend!
