The brown is a lot darker
The brown is a lot darker than I thought from the page I ordered through and the dimensions I gave were not accurate, too big for the structure, so it’s not ideal as hoped.

Swift and Easy
I found the process really easy from placing the order to final delivery. I was surprised at the speed given I am in Australia. The cushions look very nice, and given that I chose a Sunbrella fabric, hopefully they last well.

Im really mad that this order took so long to arrive. Be honest about your location. These came to Australia from India, not an Australian company like your website pretends. Covers arrived over a month later than expected/stated on your order.

I am not completely satisfied with the…
I am not completely satisfied with the covers I ordered. They arrived packed in a tightly rolled bundle, bound with plastic wrap and were very creased. I note that ironing is not recommended so I washed them by hand and dried them flat on a clothes rack. The creases have not come out and I am not sure what to do with them now. They do not look acceptable to me and I would be reluctant to use them on my chairs the way they look.
I think the packing method was what caused the creases so you might want to rethink that.

Great quality, and good price for customised covers especially when taking advantage of the promotional discounts on the home screen. Highly recommended. I have now had 3 covers made by Covers&all: outdoor irregular L shaped lounge, outdoor trolley esky and a pizza oven.
