Had a great experience with this company. Everything on time and what a great product and good prices.

Avoid this Company, ordered a embroidery cushion which stated 7-10 days delivery for my new borns room. After 3.5weeks still nothing as arrived. Being ignored on Instagram and Emails and haven’t had any further update. There reading my instagram messages and not responding. Shocking service and company

Woohoo I am absolutely delighted with my Gorgeous Sarti bathrobe.

I work hard for my wages and treated myself after needing a replacement to a robe I had from a well known company but decided to see what else was out there.
After seeing Coze online it was their family history that made me want to purchase from them and the fact that their team and suppliers pay their workers fairly. This was an expensive purchase and I am so pleased. It arrived within a week and was beautifully packaged. I feel as if they really did value my business and that the effort and attention to detail made me so happy . I love my robe and will treasure it and really look forward to wearing it and may be saving up for some towels too !!! Thanks so much and I love the booklet too ! Keep up the fantastic work !!!!

The most incredible luxury “hotel” bedding! Every piece that coze offer is beautifully designed with the highest attention to detail and exceptional quality. I love the choice of monograms to add a personal and bespoke feel to your home. It is definitely addictive! I look forward to adding more pieces to my collection!

Coze linen provided the best quality material for all kinds and I have been using their tea towel for some times now and it still in very good condition after countless washing. I look forward to seeing many more of Coze Linen new product ts in the future.

We ordered a bathrobe and pillowcase for our little girl from the SPI monogram collection. The quality is absolutely outstanding, with amazing attention to detail and immaculate embroidery work. The bathrobe is super fluffy too and my daughter absolutely loves it! Very pleased.

My experience with COZE Linen has been superb from first finding the company. Absolutely excellent customer service, beautiful website with clear photography and ultimately the most beautifully packaged products arriving to the door. I guess the best way to summarise what COZE Linen offer is attention to detail at all stages. This gives confidence in investing in a premium product, I have bought monogrammed pillowcases for my own home and a monogrammed robe for my mum. I received advice on product types, thread counts and their social media is very active and customer focused. Amazing Quality!!
I am always a little wary of purchasing goods for my home online without seeing the products in person, especially when personalising the items! I was massively impressed with the quality of the these products, even after numerous times in the washing machine!! Will definitely be buying more.

After my first order went missing and you will appreciate that these things do happen and in this case not the fault of Coze, the staff were immediately on the case and kept me updated with all progress. Unfortunately my first item was never recovered but the staff went above and beyond to ensure that a new order was instigated and fast tracked as it was for my daughters birthday, this is why I am giving them a 100% review. The service ongoing was excellent and I cannot thank Callum and Morella enough they were exceptionally professional and helpful throughout and a real asset to the company, so thank you again, my daughter loved her birthday gift!
