Legit company. Received all goods ordered and as expected, but delivery did take longer than expected. I had to wrap my hose in plastic wrap to manage through the night.

Used to collect parcel after 2-3 days…
Used to collect parcel after 2-3 days from nz. Now from Australia takes over a week. Otherwise all good service. Just wish I didn’t have to use machine.

Really disappointed
I ordered from this company because their website indicated with their url that they were a NZ company. They even had a NZ phone number. It’s been 10 days and still no mask. Why, because they are an Australian company . I ended up buying another one from nz company. In my opinion a dishonest misleading company

I have been a contented client since 2012. CPAP sales have been reliable, their offerings/ products are first class and a lot less expensive than mainstream suppliers. The product and the price were great. The only letdown was the packaging for an international delivery. Product x2 inside the original plastic packaging inside a plastic bag…
