From the first contact for information Craig and Jodie have been brilliant. Answered any questions I had with no fuss and explained how the removal would happen ( having never used a removal company before) .
Unfortunately the date I needed was booked so I called to say that I wouldn't be able to use their service only for Craig to make special arrangements in order to help us.I would recommend them to anyone. A truly enjoyable experience all round in what could have been a stressful day.

From my initial query to the final move, Craig and the team were brilliant. Every question was answered promptly in the run up to my move and nothing was too much for them. On my moving day, the team were efficient and did a first class job. Moving is stressful but Craig and his team took one stress away thanks to their brilliant customer service.

From making my first enquiry right through to the removal the team were professional, friendly efficient and did exactly as was asked.

They took care with my home and possessions, nothing was too much trouble at my new house moving around furniture.

They had to travel from Burnley to Cumbria and back to Burnley along with packing and unpacking! They worked very quickly. I would highly recommend them!

What a lovely team they all are!! So professional, willing, capable, and a really good-natured bunch. My recent move was my 13th time, I’ve tried them all, the good, the bad and the ugly and believe me, Craig Atkinson’s team are right up there with the best. Moving days are so exhausting and fraught with problems, you just need to know you’ve got a great team looking after you on the day - Don’t be tempted to risk cheap alternatives! ! From experience, I felt Craig’s charges were perfectly reasonable and competitive. Money well spent, done and dusted in double quick time, minimum fuss, no damages, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. Couldn't have asked for more!

Service was faultless in every way. Collection, storage and then delivery of materials proceeded without trouble, and Jodie and Craig kept me fully up to date with progress on the move. Would recommend without reserve.

The team were absolutely superb, really going the extra mile to make the move hassle free. Particularly shout out to Steven who was super friendly and incredibly good at his job!

Used Craig for our recent home move, his firm were first class from start to finish. We had the full packing and furniture dismantle/reassemble service which was very competitively priced and the team took excellent care of all of our belongings along the way. The team worked until beyond 6pm on the move date to ensure we had everything set up in our new place. All of the team involved were very friendly and they definitely took a lot of the stress out of the move, couldn’t recommend this company more highly. Thanks guys 😁

Craig and the team did our removals and packing service… what a team! They did a fantastic job, everything was packed perfect and I still can’t believe how quick they did it. They were brilliant on the removal day, no messing and had us out of the house on time. Patient courteous quick and efficient. Stressful lead up to move date but the team made everything run smoothly on the day. Careful and quick with no breakages. We're patient when we had a long delay waiting for keys. Would happily recommend.

Great service from the point of booking to the day of removal and a subsequent follow up from the company to check I was happy! Very flexible and understanding when dates moved. The guys who moved us were brilliant! Organised, handled everything with care, and entertaining to top it all off! Would definitely use again!

Craig Atkinson Removals were wonderful. From the thorough visit at the quote stage to the removal day itself they have been amazing. By far the best company i have ever dealt with. They are very reasonable and professional and happy to discuss all aspects of the move swiftly and efficiently. We are so glad we used Craig Atkinson to help us move into our new home. From the start of the process getting our quote, right through to the move it has been the easiest process ever which is just what you need after the stress of buying a house. Ste, Corey and Connor were an absolute dream team we couldn’t believe how quickly they managed to get everything packed up! They were super friendly and professional and at the end of what has been an incredibly stressful house buying process, it was an enormous help and relief to have such a friendly and professional team to help us get moved in. Friendly and helpful from start to finish. The team arrived exactly when they said they would, packed up all our belongings carefully and efficiently. The team then helped unload and place the belongings exactly where we wanted. Brilliant service!

Absolutely brilliant service from booking right up to the last box coming off the van. The removals guys were friendly and professional and really careful and considerate, not even one damaged leaf on a plant! They went above and beyond and made the day stress free. I would highly recommend.
