Moved out on 26th June and the two lads Craig employed to move us were excellent. Everything was out of the old house within an hour. They rebuilt beds and wardrobe in new house; very tidy and did not damage anything. Would not hesitate to use again. Miles Uttley

Craig & Jodie really took the hassle out of moving. They came the day before & packed everything & then on the day were very professional & courteous. We had a lot of Outdoor plants to be moved but nothing was too much trouble. They are a very professional company & we would definitely recommend them for your removal

Our house move was complicated
and with less than a week to completion we still didn't know if we would move straight to our new home or whether we would need storage for our possessions, and if that was the case, for how long. This situation must have made planning difficult for Atkinsons Removals but they were extremely patient and understanding, and in the end we only needed 2 weeks storage.
We used the packing service which we felt was well worth the money. Removal from storage was a smooth process too with the team all being cheerful and extremely helpful, even when they found the driveway at our new house was too steep for the removal van and all of our numerous and heavy possessions had to be carried much further than expected!
This felt like a very personalised experience where we were treated as real people and not just another job. Thanks again.

We had serious difficulties with our house sale & purchase. Owing to the incompetence of our solicitors, we were led to believe that the exchange would not go through. In the event, we did exchange and complete on the same day. With a moving distance of 90 miles, and a late start, this caused problems for the removal company and ourselves. However, Craig, Jodie and the team pulled out all the stops, and around 80% of our goods were successfully moved that day, with the balance arriving a couple of days later. The whole team were courteous and helpful, working tirelessly without complaint to complete our removal, and still had a long drive home when they left us at about 8.30pm. A huge 'big up' to Craig Atkinson Removals for their efforts, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a great removal company. I don't always write reviews especially at such a busy time when you have just moved, but on this occasion, I feel very strongly that they deserve it. The company always answered the phone, kept intouch with us and were always very helpful. The two lads who did our move , were very polite, respectful and put our minds at ease. We expected total chaos on move day , but they took over and we , unexpectedly sat having a cuppa. We had no damage whatsoever, which bearing in mind where we have moved to ( the road being basically like a dirt track and very bumpy) was amazing. They did not even stop for a cuppa themselves. We had moved and were in our new place by 2pm, which again was fantastic. I can't recommend or thank them enough, and if we ever move in the future, they will be my first port of call.

From the moment Craig viewed our property for removal, throughout the invoice process to the actual moving date everything went smoothly.
The lads arrived early in the morning and had the vans filled very quickly. They unloaded at the new house putting everything in the right place.
They came prepared with quality mattress protectors, mirror protectors and lots of floor protectors. We would highly recommended them, they moved our son in February 2022 and were just as professional then which was the reason we chose them, we weren’t disappointed.

We used Craig Atkinson Removals for our move to Scotland. The guys turned up promptly and were very friendly but also very professional. We had a few items that needed special handling and they dealt with them superbly and ensured that they arrived safely at their destination. The whole process from turning up in Chorley to arriving and unloading in Scotland was seamless. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. If we move again, we would have no hesitation in using them.

Craig and his team have been amazing, they moved our stuff into storage over 14 months ago and helped with the ongoing storage situation untill we found a house, all items undamaged, would highly recommend them excellent service and communication.

Craig came out swiftly to give a competitive quote and also appreciated our situation as we were moving into a new build. Everything was measured up and planned very well. Kev and the team on both of our move days - moving out and into storage and then again moving from storage into our new property. The team were prompt, polite, asked questions and worked with us to make the move as low stress as possible. They worked really hard not to make a mess too. Would highly recommend Craig and his team and would definitely use again. And they stayed cheerful even when it was lashing it down!

Straightforward communication, clear pricing, and the cheerful, focused & hard-working team were a pleasure to have on hand during the move.

We were lucky that the jigsaw pieces for completion of sale & purchase fell into place smoothly on the day, but I have no doubt that the team would have remained patient & pragmatic if any issues had arisen.
