Excellent service. Everyone at Cranburys is kind and helpful. They really go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. We had a difficult removal experience, because of failed sales, which stretched over 18 months . Every time we had to change things nothing was too much bother. The team were very supportive, flexible and highly professinal. Communications with them were excellent. The service offered was very good value for money. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

Great service from Canburys. Karen and Clare in the office were very professional and helpful Tim who quoted gave great advice and was friendly and efficient. The team who carried out the move Glenn Dan Oli and Chris were excellent. Cranburys moved us from 2 houses into 1 including storage with a minimum of fuss at competitive price. They made a very stressful experience as pleasant as possible. Definitely 5 Stars

We moved on Tuesday 28th by cranburys removal company. They were all fantastic and worked so hard to move us from a 4 bed house into a 3 bedroom bungalow . We will recommend the service provided to all. Friendly and careful with great humour. Thankyou so much . Regards Mr and Mrs Alford 😀

Cranbury have just removed us out of and into apartments in London, taken belongings to France (and brought others to the UK) and held things in storage-so we got a pretty good view of all their services plus dealing with their office-based team. And they were all brilliant.

The members of team could not have been more helpful and kind (moving is very stressful, as we all know!). We had to move at short notice and only one of us was available and busy working so we needed packing as well as removal. The moving into the new flat was extremely difficult: a narrow street, little parking and a long walk from the street to the building. To top it all the building is old and the hallway/doors very narrow. The patience and good humour shown by the team in getting the sofa in was exemplary- it took 90mins in 30C!

The removal of items to France and bringing items to the UK was handled with great expertise. We know the rules post-Brexit are very complex so we were delighted to find a removal company able to deal with this for us.

As everyone was brilliant we are not going to single anyone out by name but a big thank you to everyone.

Queries responded to in a timely manner, friendly and courteous staff, and the don't hang around when it comes to packing and unloading. Very fair price as well. So, thanks to the team for a smooth and painless move and based on my experience, I'd highly recommend this company if you are moving to/from the UK to France.

We moved to our new House in south west France in December 2024 and chose Cranburys to help us. My wife and I each had a house to sell which of course completed at different times. Mine right at the last moment. between us we had a lot of furniture and many many boxes.

We chose Cranburys because they are a family firm, local to us at the time and with a strong reputation for expertise in moves to Europe and for their attentian to detail.

We were not disappointed, the whole team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They dealt with all the paperwork, answered our many questions quickly and everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

The pick ups at both houses was friendly and fast with great care taken of our possessions. My wife's goods went into the Cranbury store pending the move to France and were well looked after.

The delivery in France was accomplished on time and quickly. They took the stress out of such a huge move.

I am delighted to award 5 stars and would recommend them to everyone contemplating a move to or from Europe as well as domestically in the uk.

Great team of professionals. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrived punctually, and we felt the price was more than fair.

I would highly recommend this company. They made a stressful moving process so much easier. They were so professional, took excellent care of our items and packed really well.

Our recent house move dates changed several times. Cranberry’s were flexible in supporting the move once dates were finalized and suggested a split load to make the logistics work for us. Great service from the team with particular thanks to Neil and Glen.

From start to finish these guys have been AMAZING! We had a few.complicarions down the chain and had to ask on numerous occasions if they could accommodate us, and each time they had a solution to our problem! On the day they sent .....Adam and Jamie ... well what can I say? It turned out they were not bad guys at all 😉.
..they drank all the coffee, ate all the doughnuts, provided many a laugh and ...moved us with immense professionalism. They treated all our possessions with care and respect and where we would have scrapped walls, chipped paint and dropped and smashed items they have a 100% record in avoiding all of this! Would recommend and if we do ever decide to move again we know who to call!

Cranburys undertook our house move in March and were extremely friendly and efficient. They took care to check items were being placed in the correct rooms. Great service from the team.

I used Cranbury's storage facility and then removals when I eventually moved into my new home. I have to say all the staff I met were kind, helpful, professional and very friendly, this is from the office staff, Tim and the very strong removal men!

This is a business, that puts the customer first!
They always go the extra mile to make sure that you as the customer are completely happy. We personally love that it’s a family run business and therefore it is a much more of a personal service.

Friendly staff, but understaffed - and packing is done cheaply and inadequately, with brown paper and very cheap thin packing boxes (they break, everything falls out), furniture is not packed and protected at all, pictures, books, china &c all inadequately packed and protected. In my case this resulted in much expensive damage, including to unique and expensive artworks and family heirloom furniture.

I arranged and paid for Cranbury's to move the contents of a large house in Southampton and a flat in London to Amsterdam in July 2019. Many of my things arrived in Amsterdam seriously damaged from their time with Cranbury’s. Antique and other furniture had not been wrapped or protected (so chips and scraping, whole pieces of veneer broken off), while original oil paintings (dating from the early C18th to the present -- canvasses stretched, some scratches to oil pain, with some flakes of oil paint missing) were left unprotected, wrapped in brown paper or put in boxes with other items. Cranbury’s did not use bubble-wrap, or two-ply cardboard boxes. My professional library (I am a professor at the University of Southampton) was badly packed in cheap flimsy card-board boxes, with a number of valuable first-editions and rare books being effectively destroyed, and most others damaged by degrees through bad packing and boxes that fell apart in transit. I paid for insurance, but to put in an application for it, I have had to arrange for quotations for the work, each of which costs money -- the cheapest 120 Euros, the most expensive so far 160 Euros. The claim I put in took years to be processed, as I had to re-send it several times as Cranbury’s lost it several times, or forgot to forward it to the company. In the event I received a derisory sum of a couple of thousand pounds from the insurance company, and nothing from Cranbury’s. I paid a huge amount to Cranberry's for this move, much more than earlier moves, from Australia to the UK, and Hungary to the UK, and proportionately much more than Australian to the US and back -- all of these moves were professional, with proper packing and adequate numbers of people shifting and wrapping. Cranberry's sent two men to unpack -- if I had not hired an additional local mover and his escalator machine (at the cost of 635 Euros) to move the boxes from the ground to all the floors, there would have been a great deal more damage from boxes falling apart -- as it was, many were broken on arrival, or broke when lifted, too flimsy to hold their contents. The move to Amsterdam was necessary as my partner was being treated there for a terminal illness, and over the past eighteen months on top of my grieving I have had to deal with the callousness and carelessness of Cranbury’s as I endeavoured to pursue my claim against them.
