Creative Cables AU  レビュー

Excellent product, service and good postal time. All in all a great experience

Extensive selection of both cable options, and an awsome colour range. Switch options that work with cables help create a variety of cool options that can not be found anywhere else.
Interaction was very fast via email, answering all my queries.
The only confusising issue was that the old web page was still showing as active not allowing payment for the item, it caused frustration & needs to be shut down to stop further confusion.
Overall, the product selection far out ways the website downside .
I highly recommend this supplier to anyone wanting cable switches not readily available anywhere else in Australia.
I highly recommend

A product with the incorrect finish was sent - it was corrected very quickly and easily with very little inconvenience on my end. I had the correct product within days of the issue being flagged.
The new product looks fantastic and I am extremely happy with the service provided by Creative Cables

Item purchased online was not available, refund was processed after several weeks waiting. Should have better stock control to ensure orders paid for can be delivered. Also unfortunate I had to use Bunnings parts….

excellent communication - very fast response to an email even though the shop was closed that week. posted my order express to Melbourne and it arrived in 2 days of ordering. Great range of products with how to videos and also answered a follow up question I had by email within an hour! would definitely recommend.

Guys incredibly helpful with advice at first enquiry and requested product arrived very promptly.
Thanx

Products were exactly as described, very happy with the quality and fast shipping to interstate. Would recommend to all.

Great product and fast delivery
Very happy 😃

All good. Despite ordering over the holiday season, the item arrived in good time after the return to work. Thank you.

Always excellent products and quick delivery. Andrea at O'Meara Jones Interiors

Extremely extensive range of very high quality cabling. Helpful staff, great communication and prompt shipping.

One month on and I am yet to have a delivery or receive a response..... I understand it's a busy time over Xmas, and aus post is slow but I am getting nervous that my lights might never arrive.

Excellent service, extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed to add to an existing order. Package arrived very quickly.

Excellent customer service and quality products

Arrived really fast, was exactly as described and really happy with the purchase. Will buy again from Creative Cables.

Very prompt service. Website was easy to navigate. My only criticism was not being able to speak to any staff directly.
