Creative Cables US レビュー

The products are beautiful and top notch quality, Creative Cables customer service was super responsive and accommodating, shipping was fast, and returns easy to process.

The cloth cable that I chose was disappointing. It did not match the picture at all. It was very smooth looking in pic, but in actuality is rough jute with the metallic thread in in. You can hardly see the metallic at all. Other than that, product is nice.

Great customer service. Processed a refund promptly and with good communication

Great experience. I found everything I needed for my project on the website. Ordering was very simple and every arrived about a week later very well packaged. Quality’s of the materials was very good and easy to work with. Will use again for the next project.

Straightforward and all the products ordered were as they appeared and described on the website.

Unique and well designed support arms for swag lamp. Terrific look. Unlike most purchases from Italy, this one was painless with swift delivery via FedEx. I’m thrilled!

Exactly what I was looking for! Fast shipping!

The product exceeded my expectations and was shipped and received quickly with no issues!

Fast shipping, quality cable for our custom made light.

Very high quality rope cables, and amazingly fast shipping, received next day in the US.

Got everything fast and easy.

I love everything I've gotten from Creative Cables. Reasonable prices, fast shipping and excellent quality products.

Fantastic quality. Well packaged! Brought an old ceramic pendant light back to life!

A component I ordered was suppose to have two items in the box and it only had one. I sent a message and never heard back.

The service i received from creative cables was outstanding! Jami was quick to answer my questions and helped me customize the perfect lighting for my home. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. I'm already planning my next order. Highly recommended.

The U.S. branch of Creative Cables exceeded my expectations in every way. I first found their Italian branch's website and I can say that i was pretty frustrated by their complete attitude (or lack thereof) towards customer service, but Jami from the U.S. office was incredibly responsive and made sure my custom lighting order was perfect. The whole experience was seamless, and i couldn't be happier with the final result!

I had an amazing experience with Creative Cables! Their selection of customizable lighting options is impressive, and the customer service was excellent. Jami was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth. The lights i received were exactly what i wanted, and the quality is fantastic. Highly recommend them!

Lovely selection of cloth covered electrical cable and the original ceramic ceiling canopy is a real find. We were upgrading drop lights that were getting a little dated and this did the trick. It took my electrician a little time to do the installation but is well worth it. Add to that the well organized website, the order process, and the efficient shipping and it was a 5 star experience

I purchased 4 metal bulb covers, sockets and 12 feet of 3 wire rayon cable for pendant shades. Web site was very straight forward and helpful. FAQs were very helpful. Selection was easy. Price was excellent. Shipping was quick and DHL was very polite. Arrived ahead of schedule. The order was packaged neatly, like your grandmother packing your school lunch!! Online videos were very helpful and did come in handy. Product quality is superb, looks great, functions perfectly. Highly recommended.

Products as described, quick and cheap shipping especially since it came overseas.
