An absolute pleasure doing business with this company. From Mick's visit (with no hint of pushy sales tactics, just honesty) to Ryan and Steven completing a 5 window job in around 6 hours, everything went flawlessly, including them completing a full clean-up. Well done, guys. The price was amazing for the quality of the windows as well as the service. I'll trust this company when replacing patio doors in the near future without even looking for other quotes.

I placed a very large order with Creative Windows in November 2020, worth approximately £22,000. The work was promised to be completed by June 2021, and I had aligned my builders accordingly.
While I understand that COVID may have caused delays, what was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication. Despite chasing them countless times, I received little to no updates throughout the process, which caused significant disruption.
To give credit where it’s due, the fitter at the time did a brilliant job, and the installation quality itself was good. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by how the business was managed.
After completion, there were several snagging issues. Once again, communication disappeared. It was only when I withheld the final payment that they responded and resolved the outstanding problems.
Fast forward five years later, and one of the bifold door glass panels shattered without any external force. I raised this through the warranty insurance company. What followed was quite concerning, it appears that Creative Windows had updated their Terms & Conditions on their website, seemingly removing responsibility for glass-related issues.
Further research revealed something even more troubling. It appears that an employee, Matt Blomley, has posted positive reviews for the company on platforms like Trustpilot and Google. This raises serious concerns about transparency and credibility.

Final Thoughts:
While the installation quality was good thanks to a competent fitter, I found the overall experience extremely disappointing due to: Persistent lack of communication, Reactive, not proactive, issue resolution, Questionable handling of Terms & Conditions, Concerns around the authenticity of reviews

Advice:
If you are considering using Creative Windows: Ensure you obtain a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase, Keep all communication documented, Do not rely on verbal assurances

Overall, based on my experience, I would urge others to proceed with caution.

From our initial enquiry to the end result we were most impressed with creative-windows professionalism, standard of work and installation. We had several doors replaced which was done effortlessly leaving everywhere both clean and tidy. We would recommend this company.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I called Creative Windows after seeing the team working in my local area and doing a great job. First quote I had and from beginning to end they have been amazing. Ryan is professional and honest giving options. Andy who fitted 2 windows and my back door was remarkable. What a fantastic job he did. I am so happy with the result. Ryan and his team did a great job for us. Fully explained the job and enabled us to consider all possible options. We felt very comfortable having them in our house

I just had a new front door fitted as well as an opening made into the garage from the side and a new door fitted to that. Also a canopy fitted between the back door and the new garage side door.
I had a few months wait as they were very busy but it was worth it.
The whole process took 2 full days and the guys were very good, they took great care in what they did and cleared up as they went along. The door fitter who finished everything off was very meticulous and made sure everything was just how I wanted it to be. The finish is very smart and neat.

Really fast, friendly and efficient company. After a fuss free installation they were still able to help me approx six years later with same day service to find FENSA paperwork I needed. Really impressive and a great product
