Ich benutze schon seit Jahren Soundkarten dieser Marke. Der Klang ist echt super, aber die Treiber und der Support sind mittlerweile grauenhaft.

J'ai commandé une ensemble enceinte ordinateur que j'ai renvoyé suite au mauvais choix ( j'en ai commandé un autre sur leur site ).Le colis est bien arrivé marqué "A disposition du vendeur en retour"et ils refusent de me rembourser sous prétexte qu'il n'ont rien reçu.Je leur ai renvoyé la preuve + avis d'achat..il viennent de me renvoyer un mail pour annulation pour non réception du matériel..C'est une honte.

Bought a Audigy FX V2 to fix windows 11 audio popping issues. alas didnt at all in fact was worse no matter what PC it was inserted. Installed random drivers that made latency worse. Tried a 2nd card. same issue. Creative said it was my PC, despite having tried multiple. and said to buy a creative USB DAC (Eye roll that wont fix anything just trying to upsell me)

Gave up using it and went back to my ALC4080 and re-enabled it in BIOS.

few months later thought id give a crack at it again. Creative software wont pick up any sound cards.

Tried all the fixes.
Went to support waited days for a response.
Low and behold

AI support automated reply regurgitating google results. No support.

Never buy creative they are scum who dont care.

He sido un usuario fiel de Creative durante años, recomendando la marca a amigos y familiares como si fueran de confianza. Sin embargo, tras mi última experiencia, para mí esta empresa está acabada.

El problema: Mi envío nunca llegó a mi domicilio. DHL lo entregó en un punto de recogida a un particular, algo totalmente irregular. Tuve que investigar por mi cuenta (Google Maps, llamadas, etc.) para localizar el paquete. Al reclamar a Creative Labs aportando todas las evidencias, su respuesta fue lavarse las manos. Incluso con pruebas delante, cuestionaron la veracidad de mi información y me trataron como a un mentiroso.

Tuve que recurrir a PayPal, quienes, tras revisar las mismas evidencias que Creative ignoró, me dieron la razón de inmediato y me protegieron como comprador devolviéndome el importe reclamado.

Es triste ver que una marca que antes valoraba trate a sus clientes leales como un simple número que no cuenta. El servicio postventa no es que sea pésimo, es que es inexistente. Mientras no hay problemas, todo va bien; en cuanto surge una incidencia, te clavan un puñal por la espalda.

Por mi parte, no volveré a comprar un solo producto de esta marca. Si deciden arriesgarse, háganlo a través de Amazon para tener protección, pero mi consejo es que eviten comprar directamente en su web. Han perdido a un cliente que los sentía como 'amigos'. Una auténtica decepción.

I bought a dongle from the Creative Labs website, and they shipped it with Poste Italiane/SDA. The result: delivery promised for today, nobody showed up, and then I received the usual fake message claiming the “recipient was absent.” I stayed home all day for nothing.
Relying on such an unreliable courier shows a lack of respect for customers.
Creative Labs should seriously rethink their logistics. As long as they keep using carriers that invent delivery attempts, it’s better to buy elsewhere.

Too hard to get support, difficult to navigate site who do not really care unless you purchase direct.. GS5 failed after 13 months and no help whatsoever. You get better support from cheap Chinese companies

Susi jo syntyessään. Ainakin teknologian osalta. Jo vuodesta 1998 asti! Miten voi olla noin sisäsiittoinen firma! Haloo herätys jo tähän päivään!

ordinato un sound blaster, arrivato prima del previsto, e come ho chiesto informazioni tramite email, le risposte sono state immediate. Esperienza positiva.

Compre una Soundblaster X4 para un mac os Sonoma y no funciono, los drivers de las descargas de Creative no funcionaron, que desilusion. la tuve que devolver. Creative ya no es lo que era

​I placed an order for one of their speakers from Creative labs online store in USA. I regret not using other stores. I have had good experience with Creative speakers in the past, but the one I received did not meet my expectations. Since I am not happy with the product, I returned it.
​I had to pay the shipping fee, which cost nearly 25% of the original product cost. I will not get a shipping fee refund. The product was delivered, and even after a week, I received no update. I had to contact them and gave them proof of shipment/receipt, and after two days, they verified the delivery of the product.
​Now I am waiting for a refund. Two weeks have gone by, and they say it takes 30 days to process the refund! I have never had such a poor experience with any other store.

Compre unos auriculares Aurvana Ace en la tienda de Creative España y el paquete nunca llego. Al reclamar me indican que el paquete fue entregado, con un número de seguimiento que no es el mío y donde entregan el paquete en otra ciudad. No solo pierden los paquetes, el soporte al cliente es pésimo. Ni paquete ni reembolso, perdí mi dinero.

Assolutamente negativa, dopo giorni di assistenza via mail la loro risposta finale è stata un secco ci dispiace ma non abbiamo soluzioni un prodotto appena comprato una soundbar difettosa e 60€ buttati fortunatamente c'è Amazon che tutela, mai più creative siete la peggiore azienda esistente

The mimis werent defective and working in the beginning but didnt even last a year, what a waste of money

I asked for a rubber spare part that attaches to the bottom of the Sound Blasterx G6. I asked once and was told there was not one. I asked again if somewhere in the huge company worth at least 11 million dollars had the spare part. I was answered with a no.
I find it hard to believe that a conglomerate like Creative Labs does not have a part for an item that is still in production.
I’m totally stunned by this, customer support seems to be absolutely terrible.

Soundblaster G3 gekauft. Defekt bekommen. Zurückgeschickt. Innerhalb 5 Tagen zurückbekommen (wahrscheinlich nicht mal ausgetauscht worden). Wieder defektes Gerät. Ich will das Gerät zurück schicken. Laut Creative auf der Internetseite nicht mehr möglich. Da schon einmal umgetauscht wurde. Absolut unseriöses Unternehmen wo keinerlei Support zur Verfügung steht geschweige denn eine Telefonnummer für kundenhotline!!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I had a fantastic experience with Creative. I had bought one of their blue-tooth dongles for online gaming & low latency audio around 5 years ago.

But I lost the USB C-to-A Converter making it useless for anything but USB C consoles. I tried a number of fairly expensive adapters all with glowing reviews but none worked.

So I got in touch with them and Elaine from Creative Labs Pte Ltd, Worldwide Customer Response offered to to see if they could send me a replacement.

Not only did they send me a replacement free of charge but they sent it first class tracked. You really could not ask for a better experience in this day & age of poor customer experiences.

I'm not quite sure why a lot of others here seem to have had a negative experiences but I'd definitely purchase from them again. They fixed essentially something that was my fault & over 4 years out of warranty.

Dopo giorni, non ho più notizie del mio pacco.
Ordinato l'8 maggio, oggi 14 maggio il pacco non si sa dove sia. Il tracking fornito non funziona

Pessimi, pacco mai arrivato dopo 20gg di transito dalla polonia all'italia, ...dicono di avere pazienza, un azienda seria spedisce un altro prodotto identico poi si rivale sul corriere che ha perso il pacco, sempre che l'abbiano spedito, perchè a detta del corriere dice di avere solo le bolle cartacee ma non materialmente il pacco, e l'utente che paga in anticipo si ritrova senza i soldi e senza merce.

I love that they still sell older hardware soundcards thats support Alchemy for older games like CoD. But they dont support it on their newer hardware. I dont know about their speakers but I love their soundcards. Ae7 and Ae9. The G8 is a great Dac but the older software is forgotten which includes Alchemy. Alchemy is an essential part of Soundblaster, so personally I think they should keep supporting it. I would recommed G8 but you'll need a seperate card if you want to play older games that have EAX or Alchemy.
