Be careful communicating with this company as they are being used by others for phishing scams. Google "crenova phishing email" to find out more. I received an email from "crenova" telling me to purchase an item, give them my paypal account information (with a screenshot) and they will credit my account. This was a chinese phishing scam attempt. Report them to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov)

Bought 2 new cameras via Amazon, worked well for a couple of months then both 'died'. Contacted Crenova who said they would replace both cameras as they were well within warranty period. I have not had any replacements and I have contacted Crenova on many occasions and don't get any response!!!!!!!!

Terrible--Just Awful--Avoid this Company at all costs--Client will bill you --and bill you again and again and again without notice--we were triple billed on the purchase of 4 VPS--Niko is absolutely awful--we have filed compliants with Paypal and they have continued to ignore Paypals request to resolve this matter-- Find another company --their billing department will over charge you--they will ignore you--and they will provide you with completely useless IPs ON SERVERS ORDERED

Bought this multimeter as my old one needed replacing this one is superb value for money and does everything I need plus some extra nice features. This week while using it I managed to blow a fuse. I I phoned the uk number and asked how to replace the fuse as I couldn’t find the procedure in the manual. Thee gentleman on the phone said an expert would email me with the info. Later that day received an email with the details of what to do. Excellent service highly recommend

Great smoke machine perfect for family party's

I have a Trail camera, PH800w, replacing an earlier model. It takes very good photographs both by day (colour) and night (IR) and is a very good improvement on the earlier model. The key pad for altering the settings is much improved and easy to use. I can't comment on reliability as I have had it only a short time.

The wildlife camera takes excellent day and night time pictures and videos when it works! Unfortunately, more often than not it doesn't. Despite checking all the various settings the camera works about 25% of the time and not for the rest. It does not compare at all favorably with the other cameras we already have.
