I would like to sincerely thank Cromunity and Dr. Peeyush for the wonderful service they are providing to anxiety stricken people like us who sincerely need moral support and knowledge to combat this mental illnesses. Attended the 5 day workshop conducted wonderfully by Dr. Peeyush and team Cromunity and have also registered for the 4 weeks course which I am sure will help me rid of this unwanted ailment. The technique given is nice easy to practice but how to practice them in daily basis, the difference technique all how to apply, only mindfulness technique meditation we have practice for 21 days need clarification.
Fir this the chat also disable for me hence i could able to participate with involvement.

I am a huge fan of Piyush Sir's meditation videos on youtube. I specifically follow his meditation on sleep & breathing techniques. I have to mention his voice has an amazing healing touch!

I came across Sir's 5 day course on overcoming anxiety just when I was going through a very bad phase of anxiety. It was a miracle. I followed 5 days course. It consisted of simple short videos. But the results had been amazing. Surprisingly after 5 days I am feeling a lot better. I also joined Sir's advance course and am really excited for transformation journey!

I attended 5-Day course on Anxiety by Dr Peeyush Prabhat wherein he, through many videos and worksheets explained thoroughly the meaning of anxiety, it's causes and ways to get rid of this such as by changing emotions, doing deep breathing in a correct way, how to remove mental blockages and be positive and much more. I am happy to have joined this course and have been extremely benefitted from it. In my opinion this course is value for money. I would definitely recommend those suffering from anxiety and also those wanting to keep away from anxiety to go for this course. which has been designed in such a way that even a layman can understand it, follow the instructions given therein and get benefitted.
