Fantastic service from start to finish. I was given brilliant advice and Becky-Anne in the office patiently answered my queries and made sure we covered all options ensuring we ordered the perfect door. The fitters were great - it was no hassle to have them in the house and they were very clean and tidy whilst fitting, making sure everything was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the service provided, and we love our new door! Thank you :)

Crown just finished removing 5 old upvc windows and concrete sills and replaced with new windows while bricking up where the old sills were.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. The fitters were excellent and throughout kept us upto date with what was happening.

The office staff were also always on hand to help with any queries and sorted in a timely manner.

Such great service usually comes at a premium price, Crowns prices out performed those from other window firms considerably.

From the initial survey and formal quotation stage, leading to manufacture and installation of a bay window,10 other windows over two floors, a pair of french doors, a side door and a front composite door.

We have received a very professional service and would have no hesitation in recommending Crown Windows and Doors.

Crown arranged fitting for a tenants property and kept us informed the whole time, even sending us a copy of the key once the installation was complete. I would definitely use this company again

I would definitely recommend Crown. We had a bay window fitted , looks great and the fitters went the extra mile to make sure everything just right, even improved old concrete cill to look better. 3 weeks later window got scuffed while house was being rendered. Asked Crown if they could help- they came out immediately and polished marks out at no charge.
First choice for any future work

Great service, delays in sourcing materials were explained from the first contact and we were then kept informed at every step of the way. The windows were then fitted within the first dedicated timescale. Fitters were prompt, clean, friendly. There was a small mark to one window which I didn’t notice. However, when the fitters spotted this they arranged immediate replacement. Great customer service. Also very competitively priced - would use again

We recently had a full new window cut out and fitted in our kitchen. Crown did an Absolutel fantastic job. Window looks great and was done in a day, the team were really professional right from booking with the really helpful girl on the reception. Honestly can't fault them. Now looking at replacing some existing patio doors done by someone else that we're not done to crown standard.

Excellent quality, excellent service from measuring up to fitting, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves, very polite and friendly,and a great price too..
