Ann Sinclair worked out all the details for us. We flew into Oslo, spent two days there. The hotel was perfect and the location was centrally and well located. Train transportation to Bergen was worked out well. We did a 12 day cruise through Hurtigruten and the check in at cruise terminal was easy. The cruise was great. We did a Coastal Express Roundtrip. Our excursions were well coordinated by Ann. Staff on board was great as was the food and accommodations. We were well pleased with all arrangements and highly reccomend Hurtigruten and Cruise Norway!

The cruise was magnificent, the food was excellent quality and the staff all friendly, but approach them with a smile and appreciation so we always try to bring the best out of people.

Diana at Cruise Norway did a wonderful job for us. She not only handled the basic bookings but she went the extra mile to fix and update things, as well as to book for us our three most important excursions when the Havila website wouldn't let us do it directly. I highly recommend Diana and hope we can do a cruise through her again.

It was great to travel with a smaller ship and excellent crew on board Nordkapp from Hurtigruten. Diana from Cruise Norway was excellent with her helpful advice and great discount offers.

We originally booked two cruises through Cruise Norway (Daniel Pliske was our agent), but due to several unfortunate situations we had to cancel one cruise and change the second. Daniel handled all our requests smoothly and provided updated itineraries quickly.

Prompt booking for excellent expedition at incredible price. Everything was taken care of within 48h. There was a minor hiccup during the cruise about an offering, but this was resolved rather quickly.

Cruise Norway and in particular, Daniel Pliske have been wonderful in helping us with expedition cruises.

We have been on three expedition cruises with Cruise Norway. One to Greenland and two to Antarctica/Falklands and South Georgia. We have used Daniel for an upcoming cruise to the sub antarctic islands of New Zealand as well.

We are a group of travel buddies who booked Hurtigruten cruise from Kerkenes to Bergen in October 2025 through Sarah Ong . From our very first enqury to after the cruise Sarah has provide excellent service. She was helpful, thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Sarah is also very knowledgeable about Hurtigruten and her recomendations truly enhanced our experience both onboard and on land.
Boarding - bad experience on boarding at Kerkenes where we have to self carry our own luggages up the ramp onto the ferry. It would be ideal if there is assistance for this service especially for the elderly, like some of us.
Services on board - staffs are friendly, courteous, helpful and understanding.
Food - generally good with wide range of choices for bfast and lunch. Three course meal for dinner was excellent.
Highlight - the Joy of experiencing the magical Northern Lights on board without having to go chasing for it in the bitter cold weather .
Disembarkation - was smooth, orderly and well organised at Bergen

We saw northem lights twice and choose some excursions in board that was a good choice endeed. The ship MS Havila Polaris is new (2023) and very great; The crew is absolutely lovely.
