I took the yearly discount and subscribed for a year. After trying the Nuero product for 4 or 5 months, it was losing insanely! a lot of inconvenience and frustration! It was the time where BTC was going up. When I started to ask questions on the telegram group, because I also have strong analysis and trading experience and things weren't transparent at all, and they banned me out of it!!
I contacted the customer service again and with a lot of strong arguments from my side I could take some of my subscription money - hence giving them 2 stars instead of only 1 -
The best decision I made is to take my money out of Neuro and invest it for myself.

Insane losing streak despite good customer support.

3 month consecutive losing streak... when market up 20% I lost 15 %, so total loss 35% without counting subscription fee.

customer support good, but I pay to win, not to have a nice guy replying to me emails.

great company, great customer service, the bot is good but the market is bad, so it is no a perfect score..

I've started today using Neuro and the customer service is literally efficient, helpful and simply great. One hour of an online meeting was more than enough to solve the difficulties that I faced. I have chosen this company because they comply with the Islamic Shariah as I read and heard. Best the luck for all of us.
4 stars as I got started and to see the results in the near future.

I've just begun using their model. Therefore, I have nothing yet to say about the performance and results. However, these 4 stars here are for the incredible customer service. No matter what kind of problem I have or how much time it shall consume, they are always there, answering patiently and politely.

- relatively big loss in the last 2 months leading to - combined with the yearly subscription fees - to a loss of 13.5% of the initial capital invested, which is really disappointing. I hope the technical team would react upon these losses and improve the model performance, especially when the market is going down.
- Customer service is helpful and friendly as always.

The bot is losing nonstop! In few weeks, the bot manages somehow to increase my loss - already caused by the bot in the previous months - from 13.5% to approx. 20%, despite the market being good or at least stable.

You can complain as you want at the support, they will - very politely and respectfully - come back with the answer that all the complaints are forwarded to the technical team and they're working on it. It would have been actually much better to "work on it" before putting it into production and collecting undeserved subscriptions!!

The results I saw in my experience make me very suspicious of the company claims of the profits the bot is making in the previous years.

No need to say, that there are no refunds! So you can kiss your 600USD subscription fees goodbye; maybe as a "Thank You" for the company that they wasted your money in an untested harmful bot.

With almost no experience in trading and a bit of research, I managed in just one month to make a reasonable profit in a market, that the support claims is non-stable!

Even this claim itself is very confusing actually. The company's marketing promotes the bot as a "safe trading solution for the volatile crypto market". But when losses occur, they blame market volatility. Which one is true? And what's the point of subscribing to your bot if it can't manage the already known nature of the market? And ethically: why does the marketing team continue claiming that this bot is the "Safe Trade"-alternative?

I really find it ethically not correct, that this company continues collecting subscriptions and wasting the people's money while their bot performance is that bad. Back to a proper R&D cycle, with testing and verification.. and only then launch your product and charge subscriptions.. to summarise: do your job!

My recommendation would be to save your money and protect your capital by staying away from this company. Do some research and you will probably make a reasonable profit or at least save your initial investment from wasting by a so-called AI bot.

Whatever the size of the problem, or the time spent to resolve it, the customer support team successfully showed outstanding friendly level of profession in each step of the problem analysis.
They didn't give up or send any negative message during the journey of finding the problem root cause.
Simply, they spent all their best to keep me more adhered to the company and its team.

Extremely bad experience, all losses the bot doesn’t open trades.
And if complain about it to cryptiva they say the market is bad now and would you rather lose your money!!!!!!

I began using the Cryptiva platform and Neuro service personally in March 2024. It was during this time that the market was experiencing a bearish trend and there was a little gain in my portfolio then a floating loss as all market fall, but with more patience _as this the type of the market ups and downs_, the market went up two months ago and the portfolio lately had a good profit that covered the subscription easily. My advice is that you need to do your own research then invest a good amount of money (5000 to 10K USD) and give the service enough time to trade, adapt, and pay back you a good profit because the team behind the service are very qualified, has the domain crypto knowledge, and constantly upgrade their algorithms.

It is an algorithm that will work for you if you give it time.

I have been with Cryptiva since April 2024, all I did was to set up my account and connect to Binance using my API key & secret. It has been then a fully autonomous service that I have never touched nor interfered manually. I did not check my account for several months (I even forgot my password for a while), when I signed in to my account now I found that my account is at 51.5% profit! This is in less than 8 months, which exceeds any gains you can get with any other service and definitely exceed my expectations!

I Had subscription for 15 months now. Cryptiva is doing well in the light how volatile the crypto market is. You need to consider 3 things : 1st , given the subscription fees , you need to have good sum of money to invest ( for example at least 6000-10000 USDT or more) this to allow it to open more trades and bear a little bit with the lost trades till it could close them off later on when it minimise your loses. 2nd thing is the crypto market is volatile and had rounds of ups and down so you can not have 100% in profits if all the market is down. And you can not make profits if you account does not have funds on it to open a trade at the point it decide to open a trade.

Also please consider that this AI tool deals with possibilities , so please be 100% sure that it will lose in some trades and win in some trades. But its quality lies that it does not lose much.

Having considered all of that so far , cryptiva will do well and cover its subscription fees + your profits in majority of cases.

I have tried Neuro for 3 months starting from June 3rd, 2024. I know those 3 months were the hardest period throughout crypto market history, but I was expecting Neuro can overcome this and show a good performance.

These expectations come from Neuro's team marketing themselves in their official channels that Neuro can select the right time to enter and exit a trade based on the market behavior.

Here are few points of my experience:
- My wallet lost more than -25%, compared to -20% BTC trend.

- I had multiple trades that didn't take place, when I contacted the support team I didn't receive a convincing answer, they just said this is due to system update and we'll make sure to not happen again, but it happened!

- When I report to the team that Neuro performance is not good they say that crypto investment needs some time. Well, I have 3 questions:
* Why are some trades open and close at the same day?
* And if it's a long-term investment, why Neuro enters a trade all at once and doesn't divide entries?
* What would be the advantage of Neuro then compared to buying and holding BTC?

- There is no transparency representing Neuro's performance. So far, there's no charts represent Neuro's performance since it started. What in the website is just an ITD percentage without any details, which is a very misleading number.

- There had been a community group on Telegram but it was closed because people started to complain about Neuro's results.

- I looked back to the history of trades happened before my subscription. I was shocked that some trades have taken place for more than a year and lost more than 70%, and Neuro is keeping them. (an example DASHUSDT)

In theory, this solution is presented as a revolutionary AI designed for automated trading with the potential to generate reasonable profits. However, in practice, the reality falls short of these claims.

Having subscribed to the Neuro service for the past 9 months, it has yet to generate any profit. Furthermore, it has not even managed to cover the subscription fees, despite significant market movements, such as the surge following Trump’s election victory and Bitcoin’s rise to nearly $100,000.

When the market declines, the model incurs substantial losses, as the model lacks the agility to respond effectively to rapid market changes. In essence, this model can only generate modest profits—and only under favorable market conditions where prices are consistently rising.

In theory it sounds good, I mean use AI to buy and sell and make money. But in reality is hard to create such 'money printing machine'. I subscribed to their service since 2023, and it's been losing money since. Sometimes it make a profit, but it's not good compared to Hodl btc or eth.... And no refund.
