Easy to order, tracking ability is somewhat lacking. 10/10 quality of the canvas and frame. Will be ordering from them again for future presents.

I thought this was a scam from reading the other comments I ordered on sept 29 and received oct 23 , the tracking is horrible as if it was never sent off but I got today and my wife loved it

Been waiting for weeks and still nothing. Tracking number doesn’t tell you anything. Purchased on the 19th September. No response to emails. Requests for refund ignored.
Had to open a PayPal dispute.
Very poor service to say the least.
Buy elsewhere. Cstmcanvas are a waste of time and not to be trusted!

Scam. 100% a scam. The item is also on Amazon for $10 from actual seller. DO NOT BUY HERE. It won’t arrive

I ordered in July, now the end of September, I did not receive anything, no one returned the money! in the USPS they said there was no error, the address was indicated incorrectly, in support Canvas also said that it's not their mistake, USPS is to blame. It's a shame, the wedding anniversary is ruined!
UPD: Finally they sent to me another copy for free, but i wrote to them 3 months! 3 months, Carl!!

I ordered my merchandise on Aug 21st. By September 2nd I hadn't received an email update or anything. I've been constantly emailing this company Everyday and it's been one excuse after another. Do not order anything from this company they are scam Artist!!!

Kept getting the run around saying my package was enroute when it was actually damaged and being sent back, every message I received from them said they’d check with the postal service and update without actually updating me then I’d get the same message again and now I’m having to message them yet again for a refund since it’s been returned to sender

Complete scam. Won’t provide tracking number. Never received product. Apparently it has been “delivered”! DO NOT BUY!! Ordered in July still not resolved.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Mine came with wrong names. Then I read the reviews and realised that they are all like that. Save yourselves some nerves and money and stay away.

Terrible company. I received my order with so many mistakes and have tried to contact them multiple times but no response. Do not recommend for anyone. Will never purchase from here again. I either want a refund or for them to repair their many mistakes. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a canvas approx. 3 weeks ago, I first thought I spelled the name incorrectly but their customer service responded promptly and sent a preview image, it was correct.
The canvas is exactly the same quality as per their website images, I'm very pleased with it 🙂
I will use this company again, delivery takes approx. 3 weeks.

Communication is shocking, my canvas has a big rip down one side, which is getting bigger, I emailed and I have not had a response, it has now been 6 days and 2 emails about the rip later - no response from cstmcanvas.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Reading past reviews I will now give up. It took 6 weeks to get canvas which arrived damaged.
Promised to give me my money back asking to see images of damage.
I did so and still they want more angles. Still no refund
Ordered June 16th, received canvas July 23rd and still ongoing!

This company is a total scam. I lost my money, never received my canvas. I asked for a refund or send me another canvas and they never response. Be careful.

The delivery was longer than what they said it would be, but I'm not unhappy with it! It's been fun tracking it on its world travels 🤗

They are scammers, I never received my order.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AT ALL. FIRST OF ALL THE DELIVERY TIMES ARE VERY LONG, THEY SAY 6/7 DAYS JUST FOR THE PRODUCTION, BUT WITH THE LASER IT TAKES 2 MINUTES. IT COMES FROM CHINA SO IT TAKES A LONG TIME, 27 DAYS!
AFTER 15 DAYS OF WAITING, I REQUESTED CANCELLATION BECAUSE IT WAS A GIFT, IT WOULD NO LONGER ARRIVE ON TIME; NO REPLY. WHEN IT ARRIVED, I WANTED TO REFUSE IT FROM THE COURIER BUT I KNOW I WOULD NEVER SEE MY MONEY AGAIN, ALSO A ROLL ARRIVED, AND I UNDERSTOOD THAT IT WAS ONLY THE ROLLED PARCHMENT AND NOT EVEN ON A WOODEN CANVAS. IN short, a GREAT RIP.

Wish I had seen the reviews sooner, ‘fast delivery’ not as described. It’s been over 3 weeks now since the order and still no sign of it. On reflection, I’m sure there are other companies more local that will do a better service. My recommendation is do your research before ordering!

Am still waiting for my order. Been two months had one email back with no update.
