Although I did find some difficulty picking my wat through the system, the fact that online chat was always available made the process fine

The system is very user-friendly. The steps are very easy for me to follow through. The customer service I received from Danny P in particular was excellent and I really loved the way and timing the team was very responsive to my enquiries.

HMRC has created many changes yet again and this company is willing to go above and beyond to explain how and why changes affect individual circumstances. Will definitely be a returning customer.

A great bit of software that really helps with the annual submission process. Some functions are not great for a small business but overall, it was easy to use and worked really well.

The best thing was the human chat available out of office hours.
I'd prefer a running tax total and to be able to view the CT600 in HMRC form mode as well as the online version (as you get in TaxCalc), but overall a good experience including supplementary pages
