Very informative and knowledgeable.

The instruction is solid for passing certifications, but it's lacking in practical application.

I recently completed the online PMP Project Management course with CTS Computer Training Services and I cannot recommend the experience highly enough.

Our instructor, Wendy Quon, is exceptional! Wendy has a deep command of PMP concepts and, more importantly, knows how to translate complex frameworks into practical, real-world understanding. Wendy’s teaching style is clear, structured, and highly engaging. Challenging topics were broken down into manageable pieces, and key principles were consistently reinforced, which truly prepared us for exam success. Wendy Quon's energy, patience, and commitment to ensuring every student understood the course material made a significant difference.

I’d like to acknowledge Peter Schultze, who ensured everything ran smoothly for me to enter the program, from recommending the right certification and scheduling my course materials tailored to my professional essentials. great class. instructor bob was great. CTS is a great place to learn QuickBooks.

I’ve been doing these courses since December this company has done nothing but helped me learn. I have ADHD so things don’t stick but the teachers make sure I understand everything. If you are hands on they will make sure you understand everything they teach . The professors do walk you step by step through it all so you will be prepared or test and certifications.

Instructor. If you have a person of knowledge leading the show--good results flow. I feel your teachers have the gift of teaching.

Mary was a superb instructor. I was able to ask whatever questions, and she would give me a detailed answer and demonstration. I am sure to be back. You are also able to come back and retake a course up to 6 months after which is such a great bonus!

I was apprehensive albeit, I hadn't sat in a classroom in many years. However, Mr. VanDame is a great instructor. He's patient and encouraging, very knowledgeable, and has a bubbly persona. I actually comprehended a lot; and enjoyed taking the course.

This company is great and the instuctor shows you great short cuts to the source.

Amazing professors and classes. My fav. Is with Lance who teaches the Scrum/Agile class!

My experience with the CTI class was very positive. There was a steady pace to the class but I felt I could stop and ask a question at any time. The instructor was upbeat and thorough.
