Great company!

Product and Pdf package were great. But when i order trackable delivery for extra money, i want actual trackable delivery

Purchased all PDF copies of the Wrath & Glory RPG.

Love the two fold download option, Direct and via Drive Thru RPG. Really made it easy to get the files.

The files are suberb quality, amazingly clear text and images throughout.

Highly recomended.

Not only is their customer service prompt, but they are always willing to help, despite me having to switch my address multiple times at a turbulent period in life. They make everything a breeze! And their product is top notch, they have ressurected the Warhammer RPG, do wonderful thing with 5th edition! I'm waiting on my year end bonus to buy up ALL the collector's editions I'm missing! I ordered a product for my wife before Thanksgiving. Order date Nov 24, current date, Dec 19. I have yet to receive the item, or even a courtesy email explaining when I should expect the order to be fulfilled. I've received 3 emails in total, 1. Order confirmation 2. A survey request on my experience. 3. A survey request on my experience. So here is my honest rating of my experience, if I was hard off and ordered this for my child, I would be absolutely distraught. As-is, I will absolutely abstain from future online purchases through Cubicle7. Due to this, I am hesitant to ever order from Cubicle7's website ever again. It is likely you have lost a repeat customer.

Something they do atleast with their warhammer 40K: wrath and glory books with you get a pdf when you buy the physical version. This is amazing! I think more companies should do this. While the books took a little bit to get to me I immediately had access to the pdfs so my campaign could go on!

I have ordered several items. All have been delivered as agreed.
