A friend recommended Diana at the pet crematorium.
Sadly we had to have our beloved dog put to sleep, which was very difficult ,,although the lovely vet did it so quickly and compassionatley in the boot of our car .
We then drove our big furry boy up to Dunkeswell where we were met by Diana who helped us put him in the chapel of rest where we said our final goodbyes Diana was so kind and kept me informed and we bought him back home so very quickly. Cannot thank Diana enough for all she did.

We cannot thank the team at Culm Valley enough for the care and compassion they showed us during such an incredibly difficult time. They gave us all the time we needed and had a beautiful, peaceful room where we could say our final goodbyes as a family, to our beloved dog Stroni, which meant so much to us. The process was handled with efficiency and sensitivity avoiding the agony of unnecessary waiting, allowing us to begin healing without the pain being drawn out longer than it needed to be. They also gave us a lovely wooden keepsake engraved with ‘Stroni’s’ name. We would wholeheartedly recommend Culm Valley.

Highly recommend, we were treated with the upmost respect and our dog was given the dignity she deserved. Diane made the experience bearable for us at what was such an emotional time. We had our dogs ashes home with us in a little over 24 hours which was a great comfort to us. We can’t thank them enough.

They are compassionate and caring as well as very professional can’t recommend them enough

Excellent caring service.
Diana really does understand the grief that we were experiencing. She treated our cat (Poppy) with great respect and dignity. Professional and caring at all times. Highly recommended.

Diana at Culm Valley Pet Cremation was so empathetic, respectful and caring. Our lovely Bodhi, a Hungarian wire haired Vizsla, had to be put to sleep and we were devastated. Diana was able to fit us in quickly and we had him cremated and his ashes back home with us that day. It was clear Diana truly cares for animals and understood our grief. We can’t thank Diana at Culm Valley Pet Cremation enough for making this as easy at it could be.
