Barrie, came to my property today was friendly and helpful and managed to solve my problem. Leaving my property clean and tidy.

Danny Nieves has done some carpentry jobs around the place inside and put a new outside gate which he constructed himself I'm very pleased with the work excellent service nice helpful cheerful man very pleased with everything

Great customer service, he wasn’t giving up on my repair even though it was a pain and kept going wrong. Very polite.

Jamie came to replace my alarm, I am very very very pleased. Couldn't wish for better service.

Review for George Brooks, Electrician.
George explained every step in detail. He also explained how the ventilation system worked.

I am very pleased that everything was sorted in one quick visit.

Thank you George.

The most awful organisation you'll come across. Be warned this organisation are proven scammers and that's the least of the neverending issues you'll suffer with. Awful just awful. On shared ownership properties, they charge the tenants for their mistakes, so basically you report that the building lock is broken, if many neighbours complaint sometimes it 'only' takes them 4 or 5 months to send someone, who does an awful job, and couple of days later still not working, contact them again the same thing again.and again and what they do is it doesn't matter the amount of times they send someone (from their own corrupted organisation) to hamdlr the repair, the repair is never done correctly so they simply can justify charging the shared ownership tenants for every single time someone attends to carry out the same repair. They ignored all antisocial behaviour, their standard policy is never to file a complaint as a complaint, unless the tenant asks for a reference number. You can call them a thousand times complaining about the same issue but unless you say I require a reference number, they won't file the complaint at all. The scams and neverending issues makes living at Curo's properties a nightmare. Choose anyone, literally anyone but this awful awful organisation

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Sheena Archer Community Development Coordinator for really helping me out. Wow what an asset this lady is to Curo.
After all the recent changes to the Livewell team and the SHO's Sheena has restored my faith in Curo. She has told me about some of the amazing projects she is handling and the community are definitely going to have some great events to look forward to.
A workshop for my IT stuff would be great🤷‍♀️ i'm 50% proficient but need to be 100%

I would like to leave a review for Melanie Ben Khadra in mutual swaps. Amazing from start to finish for my swap! Mel was so lovely and we had quite a turbulent time swapping due to my son’s health and she really was there every step of the way. Amazing member of the team! I’ll miss talking to you!! Emily xxx

Sam Westlake from Curo came to replace the fan in my bathroom. He did a tidy job and explained clearly the functions, the differing speeds etc and likely running costs of the fan. He was most helpful and informative. Thanks!

Completed my first house purchase with Curo, and it's been a straightforward process. Communication has been great, Krystal and Jess have been very helpful and answered any questions I've thrown at them. All round great service and build, highly recommended.

Krystal and Jess have been so lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. They have answered all my (many) queries and made the experience as stressful as possible.

Fantastic experience buying my first property. The team made it very easy for me at every step. Antonia and Jess were always there to promptly answer any question and guide me through the entire process, having it all wrapped up pretty quickly.

This is a review for Neil Rogers the resident engagement officer. He has been absolutely exceptional in every way possible. Apart from being extremely professional and reliable its clear he cares about tenants on a human level and goes out of his way to help in whatever way he possibly can. I just want to thank him and acknowledge his hard work and kindness. Ive put today's date but Neil has been supporting me since last year.
