Hi Bruno,
I am sorry, you are right to be frustrated. You were waiting for too long without a clear answer, and that's not the standard we hold ourselves to.
I've picked this up personally and appreciate you being straight with us; it has flagged a genuine gap in how we follow up, and we are fixing it. For transparency, part of the delay was due to a recorded verification call required before we can progress any account activation, but chasing and scheduling that properly was on us, and we didn't do it well enough.

Pooja recently assisted me with a technical account issue. She was extremely, responsive, clearly knew her subject, and clear with her advice.
This was impressive and reflects well both on Pooja, and the organisation. I rate our interaction as a 10/10.

Stress free money transfer
CurrencyTransfer takes the stress out of sending money over seas. They are available every step of the way to reassure me that my money is safe and not lost in the cloud somewhere. They are responsive, patient and kind. Recently I worked with Saul. But everybody I have worked with has been equally helpful. Highly recommend.

I just hit my 8th anniversary of deaingâŠ
I just hit my 8th anniversary of deaing with CurrencyTransfer. We started our journey with them in 2017, to transfer large amounts of money to buy, and furnish our house in France. Things then settled down to regular monthly, or when rates are attractive, trades. A couple of niggles along the way were quickly sorted by a phone call. Good exchange rates, flawless service, an easy online tool, and accessible by phone if necessary. What's not to like? Here is to the next 8 years.

Hi Iain,
Thank you for your review! For clarity, CurrencyTransfer is not directly regulated by the FCA, but we do not conduct any regulated activities. You trade with fully regulated entities via the CurrencyTransfer platform and your latest transaction was with Clear Treasury (FCA Number: 708529), but we have a number of fully regulated payment partners that are integrated to our platform. A multi-broker platform, complete honesty and total transparency - what more could you ask for Iain?! Thanks!

Simply A Flawless and Positive Experience
I had an absolutely flawless and fantastic experience with CurrencyTransfer, hands down, thanks to the help of an associate named Billy and his team. Throughout the process, he guided me step-by-step to ensure that all the accounts and numbers were in the right place in order to prepare for the transaction, and his attentiveness and attention to detail during this process was unparalleled. He assisted me to the very last moment when the transaction went through, and we successfully made everything work quickly and efficiently. There is no doubt that I will be using CurrencyTransfer in the future, and will also be working with Billy by my side. Thank you !!!
