Really love our new home,enjoyed the experience from the off,picking our plot and the whole process guided by the sales manager Lauren,frequent visits to watch the progress and finally being introduced to our new home when we received the keys.

Cussins Home west Park Darlington I must say my wife and I have had great information from the lady in sales office the quality of of the products this builder uses are all well known brands our son has just purchased a Lilly 4 bedrooms so spacious and large garden on this plot he couldn’t fault cussins so we have decided to look at there homes in detail thank you cussins Paul abernethy

So excited to be moving into our cussins home at Eccleston Park, the houses look amazing and Lauren has been so supportive and helpful through the whole process. Can't wait for our forever home!

I am very impressed with the build and the finish of the homes at Eccleston Park.

Visit to show home was spontaneous but we were accommodated and provided with a good level of detail without being overwhelmed with info. Show home seemed to be of good build, including fixtures and fittings.

I visited eccelston park with my family on April 12th. My son and daughter in law are buying a house there and I must say the showroom was absolutely fabulous. My granddaughter wanted to move in there to live. Lauren and staff were really lovely too.! Beautiful place to live.

A great experience dealing with Cussins, specifically Lauren at Eccleston Park. Clearly a lot of knowledge on the site plan and different house designs. Highly recommend!

Went to visit the show home and spoke to Lauren to discuss the site plans and she was so helpful. Very informative and friendly.

I'm currently in the building phase of the property but the customer service we have received by Lauren has been amazing.
She is so helpful and approachable and has made the whole process a breeze.
I have had experiences in the past that have put me off as sales officers have looked down there nose at me whereas as Lauren is so down to earth and has such a friendly personnel.
If the building of the property is anything like Lauren's customer service there should be no issues.

When I decided to move to Darlington I chose a Cussins home on Summerson Place, in part due to the house types available, the green space and the fact that the houses weren’t squashed together. I had a really positive experience from the initial reservation through to moving in. Found Carol to be extremely helpful and patient with me while I deliberated over my kitchen and tile choices, she offered great advice and I’m very happy with the choices I made. I’ve found my home to be well built but with any new build I did have some initial snags but all were dealt with and rectified.

Disgraceful inability to lay a road surface and equally poor communication

I visited the development while supporting my daughter look for a new home. I was extremely impressed with the site and the properties in general.
Lauren was extremely approachable and knowledgeable. I was extremely happy and relieved that my daughter decided to purchase a property.

Buying a house with Cussins has been a really enjoyable process. Lauren has guided us through the process removing the stress that could have been involved. She really goes above and beyond.
Lauren is knowledgeable and this has been demonstrated at each stage of our purchase.
I would recommend this company to all my family and friends as they seem reliable, genuine and professional.

Our Daughter and her Husband are currently purchasing a new home at Ecclestone Park, Backworth.
We wanted to buy them a special gift for their new home, so in secret we visited the site.
We were met by a friendly sales advisor Lauren. We explained who we were and what we were looking to do, asking for her discretion to keep the suprise.
Lauren was so warm and welcoming. She immediately took us to the showhome, showed us what came with the build and helped us decide the style and design to compliment.
With Lauren's help we bought a number/street name plaque as a special gift for them.
Lauren was a star, wrote name down for us to ensure spelling correct and kept our secret until we were ready to give them our gift. They were delighted.

Went with our son and daughter in law to see where they were going to buy their new house and after visiting the show house at Eccelston Park, speaking to the lovely friendly staff we felt like we wanted to sell up and move in with them. Gorgeous housing estate.

Lauren at Eccleston Park is fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. She is so knowledgeable and super friendly. An absolute asset to the team and one of the main reasons we bought on the site.
