Excellent quality products and a free set of tunnels, equally as cool as the ones I ordered :) very fast delivery also.

They refuse to give you the Royal Mail tracking information - forcing you to download the third party Shop App - which Royal Mail doesn’t even provide the tracking and delivery details to anyway! Other companies like ASOS & Discount Dragon also use this app - but still provide customers with the Royal Mail tracking number so you can look it up for yourself. That’s good customer service. Custom Plugs isn’t.

Nach meiner Bestellung und der Wartezeit auf die Plugs, hatte die Info erhalten, dass mein Paket nicht zugestellt werden konnte und umgehend zurückgeschickt wird. Ich hatte eine falsche Adresse angegeben… Als ich den Support kontaktiert habe, wurde umgehend und noch vor Erhalt der Rücksendung ein zweites Paket an die richtige Adresse losgeschickt, um die Wartezeit zu reduzieren. Ich bin wirklich begeistert von dem Kundenservice.
Komischerweise hätte ich bei der ersten Sendung Zollgebühren zahlen müssen (Benachrichtigung über DHL), bei Erhalt der zweiten Sendung fielen aber keine Kosten mehr für mich an (was natürlich auch gut war).
Die Plugs sind hochwertig und gemütlich zu tragen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen :)

The variety, and number of options to choose from is incredible. The choice of various material to choose from is great and I especially love the engraved wooden designs, they’re insanely cool. Ordering was super easy and the pricing is very reasonable, and delivery is exceptionally fast

I ordered some glass plugs from here, as I was looking to continue dead stretching but didn't wanna wait for an order from Body Art Forms. Especially for just 2 glass plugs. Navigating the website was very easy, and I managed to find some red glass plugs on sale! I snatched them up immediately as red is one of my favourite colours, and the checkout process was simple. I got emails keeping me up to date on my order, and the plugs arrived quickly. The quality of them are on par with all my other glass plugs, and I cannot complain in the slightest for the price I paid.
