I love tht they have different designs of jewellery and I’m new to ear stretching I’m at 0g and this is the first company tht I haven’t had a reaction to there jewellery which im so thankful for

Been ordering from Custom Plugs for over 10 years. Met the people who started it at a tattoo convention and got a business card from them, so they were the first thought when wanting new plugs. Got tones of options, so whatever looks or vibe you're going for, they either have exactly what you're looking for or something very very close. Never had a bad experience with them.

The delivery is amazingly quick and all the things I've bought have came within 2 business days after I ordered and I've always been 100% happy with all of them. I was suggested this brand when I started my eye stretching journey and I'm so happy I chose them. I couldn't have had a better experience with stretching my ears

My plugs came fast and are exactly what I wanted 🖤

I recently ordered, and mistakenly ordered the incorrect size for the plugs that I needed. Carmelo Was the support agent who reached out to me initially about my order, and the one who assisted me throughout in order to get an exchange. Their responsiveness, and approach to handling the issues on my order (which were my fault) were ideal and incredibly appreciated. An example of a great employee.

I order with custom plugs occasionally.

But every order I have done has been absolutely out of this word. A wide range of designs,shapes and materials and they're all fantastic!

Ordered two sets of plugs and came 2 days after I ordered them one of the sets of plugs were a random pair and they are gorgeous stone plugs which are worth more than I paid for them 100% will be ordering again

Good service , fast delivery

MY NEW PLUGS ARE SOOOOOO PRETTYYYYY I always get the random set on checkout too and they’re always SO CUTE

These plugs were suggested to my son because of the high reviews he ordered them January 24th and a month later still hasn't received them. He's contacted the websites customer service many times and their responses are to contact the mail carrier for our issue. The mail carrier that was "supposedly" used and shows on tracking on our end cannot be tracked due to the order being out of the US. No refund and no product!
