I purchased a bike through cycle-to-work. I was originally trying to by elsewhere but had issues, compounded by the fact the company issuing the voucher dragged their heels and it went out of stock.
I found the Colchester store had stock and gave them a call. They were fantastically helpful. I mainly spoke to John, the store manager, who was really helpful with advice and with purchasing the bike. I had to change the shipping options due to timing but again, a quick call and this was sorted. John even then kept in contact over email to check in with me to make sure the bike arrived in time.

I'm a newbie to riding.. The Danny and the guys at Cycle Revolution couldn't have been more helpful! Helpful and fantastic service all round...

Thank you for building my bike it looks great. It will help make my cycling more enjoyable and allow to ride for much longer on those trails. Big appreciation to cycle revolution.

An order was placed and payment made for a speedy delivery.
At the time of ordering we were notified that delivery would be within three days.
12 days after the order date, nothing had been delivered.
When we contacted the company they stated that the shop had been closed for a fortnight.
However, they provided no notification that this was the case at the time of placing the order.
They did however, reimburse the additional sum paid for a speedy delivery. But this was only as a result of our requesting it, not action undertaken by them as a courtesy due to the shop being closed for a fortnight.

Wanted new bottom bracket bearings, part numbers don't make any sense, they sent me a picture of the components, they were what I wanted and for a good price!

Started to look to purchase a road bike beginning of March. Various different online all having different issues ie size colour type of bike i wanted , eventually found this company and started to read up on them through trust pilot , and i started on the 1 star reviews which scared me at first, those reviews helped me decide on my method of payment so i decided to Purchased a road bike mid March 25, rather then pay cash i went on the 0% in case there was any issues, I wasn't going to loose or have to battle any concerns regarding stock or pricing issues, all went well regarding orders and bike being available, my only concern is and will update again is the paying for premium delivery for the bike to delivered and pedals fitted, with extra minor adjustments for riding completed on delivery date.
The bike was in stock as advertised and PDI 5 days after I ordered it , but so far the premium delivery I paid for hasn't delivered on what is advertised
" the delivery between 3-8 days"
which was the main reason for having the premium delivery especially having the bike there on site.
PDI completed on the 20th/21st but my delivery was expected 12/13 days after, which is next week some time.
I will update after the premium delivery is completed and have my bike.

Genuinley great family service worth travelling for , even after a few small issies which got sorted quickly and politely , which in my book is actual after sales service and more important , well done and keep doing what you are doing ...

I bought a Favero powermeter on-line; pricing was competitive and the team responded to my two questions within minutes. Delivery was faster than expected (regular delivery) - I placed the order Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning. I will be coming back to Cyclerevolution for more purchases.

Excellent. I bought a power meter and had some questions before I purchased. Used the chat feature and got a very quick response which ultimately gave me the confidence to put the order in which was delivered next day... Outstanding!

I’ve never used this company before so I was a little wary but I received the item in a couple of days and price was excellent. Can’t fault the service I received and would recommend anyone who hasn’t used them to give them a go, I’ll certainly be using them again !

Bike Service & puncture repair carried out without any issues and at a fair price. No 2+ week delays booking work in either, very speedy. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.

Ordered a bike for 7.5k on sale through their website to which they emailed saying that they had an error on their website and so needed me to pay and extra 1000 pounds because of their error which had existed for weeks on the website. All I get was a half arsed response about it's not their fault...

I purchased my bike from Cycle Revolution due to the great reduction in price. The bike was quickly dispatched to me and there was good communication from them. The chosen delivery service was faultless.

I've been to the Chelmsford branch a few times now and dealt with Ian and James who have both been extremely helpful and so friendly. They're really knowledgeable in all aspects of cycling and gave me lots of help and advice. They are reliable and keep in regular contact giving me any updates as needed. A great service and the only place I'll go to now for anything cycling related!

Quick no nonsense delivery. No unfair extra charges to Scottish Highlands - yes we are part of the mainland!
Order made directly to Italian supplier with no complications and received after a week when up to 20 days was initially expected as the item was not carried as stock but had to be ordered direct from Italian manufacturer. Great service from Cycle Revolution - Highly recommended.

James and the rest of the Giant Team in the Norwich store were very knowledgeable and helpful with getting the bike to fit, balanced to ride and adjusting the extra kit. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their bike or for general bike advice!

Matt at the Ipswich store was very helpful, technical, honest and clear. He offered strong opinions when I asked and helped me settle on my new Scott Spark 930. The bike arrived 2 days later, all dialled in and ready to rumble. Thanks Cycle Revolution
