I bought an E-bike at this Specialized store and needed a lot of guidance on how to use it (being an older cyclist, not very comfortable with using a computer/ smart phone to manage all the features of the bike. Biagio was very patient! And very good at explaining everything. Previous assistants were also very helpful and respectful of my needs too. It took 2 hours of explaining but I feel fairly confident now and know that I can ring in with any problems I have any time

John talked me through the features of each e-bike. He really knows his stuff and couldn’t have been more helpful.
This is the fourth bike we have purchased from Cycle Revolution and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had the product in stock when seemingly in short supply, fair pricing, delivery was on time.

Despite the website saying my bike was in stock before purchase, I was then told there was a delay in the supply and I would be contacted when the bike was ready.
My free 20 day bike insurance has come and gone and I still have no idea when I will receive my bike. It’s all a bit disappointing
Company have been in touch and clarified situation and I am now very happy with the order and expect my bike soon

The bike I wanted was out of stock everywhere I tried until I got an email from the Colchester shop confirming they had one left and transferred it to Norwich who kept me updated..definitely great experience and will use again

Still waiting to find out when my bike will be delivered nearly 2 weeks after ordering and paying

Thank you to the heroes who mended my electric bike; an unfamiliar make, needing an obscure part which had to be ordered from China. I’m so grateful for the trouble you took and delighted to have my bike back.

I have bought all my new bikes, accessories, components and had the servicing/various repairs done at Cycle Revolution since late 2019.

Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them, they have been available for advice either in person or over the phone, have generally been able to fix a small issue upon walking in, or more larger/in-depth repairs and servicing within a good timeframe.

Basically, they have made my cycling life very simple and it turn, enjoyable.

Being based in the town it is great to have a local bike shop I know I can trust and rely on.

Only sent half of the drop out kit, the non drive side. (It was missing the rear mech hanger and lock nut from the drive side).

It was great service buying a bike with Cycle Revolution. They had the exact bike that I was after. After a purchased the bike, the communication was excellent and I collected my bike within 8 days with no issues. I will not hesitate to use this company again!

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of decent tracking information and the item arrived a day later than expected (it was however a bank holiday weekend so I shouldn’t be too harsh!). Otherwise it was a great experience overall and at a decent price.

Bottom Bracket ordered sent in damaged box that had been cellotaped up and in a wafer thin paper bag. Not good enough for a £159 item. Wont use a again.

James, Dano and team were hugely helpful in my purchase of a Cannondale CAAD13. Patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, taking the time to explain mechanics I was unfamiliar with. Great bike fit. Highly recommended!
