Quick to Sell, Absent Aftercare
When I bought my kit from them, everything seemed great. Nothing was ever an issue and they were very helpful during the purchase process.
However, once I received the chair and the Batec, the service completely fell apart. The Batec had multiple issues that left me stranded on several occasions. When I contacted the company, I was told the problem must have been caused by me changing the settings, which I had not done. They reset the settings, but the issues continued. I was then asked to provide proof and carry out test runs. Obviously, the last thing I wanted to do was go out with faulty equipment and risk getting stranded again, especially as itâs extremely heavy to push back manually.
Eventually, after about a year, they finally agreed to repair it.
I also tried to arrange new tyres and a service. The engineer told me he would order the forks, but after that there was no communication at all. No updates, no replies, and nothing was ever done.
The aftercare has been disgraceful. I genuinely regret choosing them, because a warranty means nothing if the company refuses to communicate or provide support.
