Horrible customer service, i cant buy gift card but they let me charge 50€, useless chat assistance

ein solches unfähiges unternehmen habe ich noch nie erlebt ,Geld eingezahlt auf mein konto , geld verschwunden es wird behauptet es war nicht eingegangen .. meine Bank prüft es , es ist eingegangen . dann wird es gefunden und mir zugesagt das es in einer stunde gutgeschrieben wird 24 std, später ist es noch immer nicht auf meinen konto und dafür verlangen sie 40€ Gebühr...nie wieder leute laßt es besser

Ich habe am 20. April ein Top-Up (100 RUB / 1,43 EUR) bestellt und per Banküberweisung bezahlt. Heute (7. Mai) ist der Status immer noch auf "Pending".

Eine europäische Banküberweisung dauert keine 17 Tage. Der Kundenservice ist leider absolut keine Hilfe: Auf meine Nachfragen erhalte ich nur unpersönliche, automatisierte Textbausteine (sogar mit unaufgelösten Platzhaltern im Text), anstatt dass mein Zahlungseingang geprüft wird.

Ich fordere die umgehende Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung. Sobald das Problem gelöst ist, werde ich diese Bewertung anpassen.

Ando quejandome ya varuos dias con la empresa primera las compras que hacia se iban a asu moneda yo dije weno las guarde no ha pasado 1 ño pero se han estado perdiendo poco. poco ya gaste la mitad y se sigue perdiendo y no me dan respuesta del porque ahora quise gastar el saldo restante y no me sale metodo visa para completar lo que quiero comprar sin contar las veces que compre un monto de de vocuher llego menos y su escusa asi estaba. La atencion al cliente es pesima nunca da solucion cuesta bastante contactarlos.

I deposited $104, got no product, only partial balance stuck ($93). Company does not respond or allow withdrawal. Avoid this company.

Purchased mobile cell topup which failed but instead of cancelling the transaction, the site forces you to purchase their own 'currency'. There is no contact methods that function on the site. I guessed and sent an email to support at their email domain but they refuse to refund and just tell me it's not their problem and to buy something else. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

I had a very bad experience with this company. After requesting a refund, I was told in writing that it had been initiated and that it would take a maximum of 10 business days. That deadline has long passed, yet no money has ever arrived in my account.

When I followed up, they first kept repeating that the refund was processed, but never provided any proof. Now they have completely stopped replying to my emails.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. A company should not claim that a refund has been made when there is no evidence and the customer has clearly not received any money.

I strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting this service.

ı ordered gift card and it said failed. and my money ıs transfered my cysend account and ı cant buy what ı want and that balance ıs frozen ın there. There is no way for contact them and foundıng e mail. Im stilling waiting for solution... They need to know money is earning hard we work lot of hour for it

Es dauerte über die maximal angegebenen Zeit, dass der Gutschein da war. Es wird zwar mit sofortigem Versand geworben, aber im Kleingedruckten heißt es, dass es bis 3 Banktage dauern kann.
Aber bei mir dauerte es eine komplette Woche und einen Tag.

Ich habe vielmals reklamiert, und es hieß dann, ich hätte doch lieber Kreditkarte nehmen sollen. Ich wählte das Banküberweisen mit interaktivem Login über einen Dienstleister. Da erwarte ich auch sofortige Verfügbarkeit, da meine Bank, C24, Echtzeitüberweisungen tätigt!

Oder wenigstens einen Hinweis, dass es mehr als eine Woche dauern kann. So hätte ich lieber manuell schnell überwiesen, ohne Gebühren. Ich weiß nicht ob sie das anbieten...

Daher forderte ich auch eine Erstattung der Gebühren für die Zahlungsweise, was der Kundendienst schlichtweg ignorierte.

Horrible! I paid 100 euros and then when tried buying a gift card they banned my account. I was chatting with their both for 2 week with 0 result. At the end they told me that they don't have my money. FRAUD

Biggest scam ever. Ordered somethink and pay from visa. The money is on ure wallet, but always u order the card theres a scam Massage it wont be work. Money cant be use on the wallet. Support dont react after 3 days of typing. Take care, These Company only wanna steel ure money.

Please stay away from them. After successfully processing a transaction from your payment method, they would require an ID verification with a selfie through some dodgy 3rd-party company from you, that doesn't even work half the time, and about which there were absolutely no warnings before the purchase.
More than that, there is absolutely no way in the world to contact their support through their website - the tickets created stay ignored, and the chat functionality with the chat bot there exists only to ignore you, after asking for "further details" about your support request - so there is no sensible way to ask them for refund. In the end you will probably end up without money, that they will gladly steal, without your gift card, because they would require some irrational ID verification, that doesn't even work, without a way to contact their support for refund, and quite likely with your personal data from your documents stolen.

Ik kan mijn voucher van Toluna niet in wissselen bij dit bedrijf. Ik heb dit al met verschillende mensen geprobeerd en het lukt niet om de code in te voeren.

I had tried many sites but cy.send is very very good and the customer support are professional and thanks to mr.Arber for solving my issue
But you need to add Paypal as a payment method, trust me it will impact your website in a good manner
