it is a total scam you have to pay your real money for forum gold goes straight to the owner but you cant sell anything for real money its strictly forbidden it is a monopoly scheme scam

Biased and non-transparent moderation. Donors are being privileged, mods flippantly abuse their powers, owner only cares about the bottom line.
Very toxic community with "rules" that are never enforced (open racism is rampant for example).

Man kann niemanden blockieren, dh. Wenn sich einer dazu entscheidet dich voll zu spammen, oder dich zu beleidigen etc. Kannst du rein garnichts machen. Du kannst ihn zwar blockieren, der block glit aber nur für FG und DMs... also er kann dir kein Gold mehr schicken und keine dms. Alle deine Beiträge im forum sind selbstverständlich wieder freiwild für jeden der dir ans Bein pissen will.
Der Support und die Moderatoren geben einen mist drauf und wenn man hilfe erfragt oder so, wird man im besten Falle ignoriert, im schlimmsten Falle wird man von den dann selbst beleidigt und bekommt selbst einen Block für eine Stunde oder länger... mit Abstand die schlimmste tradin Seite, bzw formu den ich je gesehen habe.
Leute macht bloß einen riesen Bogen um diese Webseite!

Horrible moderation. Petty mods and hypocritical biased enforcement

Have been using d2jsp for 7 years and have spent over 7000 usd on the site. Recently got my gold locked because i used a brand new credit card and the only way to get access my gold again is to send Njaguar a photo of myself holding photo identification.. which is a joke and i refuse so my account is effectively locked now because of this. they also suspended me for a month for speaking up about it on jsp. they could have denied me access BEFORE they took my money but ofc not. scammers.

D2jsp is historically attached to a cheat program (diablo 2 bot) and switched as a self profit board (ironically forbidding the talk about cheat programs).

The moderation is religiously & politically oriented, moderators themselves are using multiple accounts to "troll" the board while punishing people who don't follow their beliefs.

Access to moderator status is mostly based on the money you donate to the website.

The most important point is that the great chances to end up getting scammed during a transaction (that is mostly forbidden by games owners, breaking the EULA). Despite the apparent "trust" of the website.

So the main advice would be to never "donate" money to the website and absolutely avoiding it. Even if the inter-games transactions are appealing.

heard much bad stuff about it, but had to check it myself.
went there for 3 days trading and this is what i ve found there:
1. forum accept donations which is ok
2. forum is sellin forum gold for real money which can be used for forum/market cosmetics which is ok, but also for trading stuff which is pretty much not ok. meaning "their 2nd cousins" can get anything they want for free and do with it what ever they want, including sellin it for real money on some site.
3. if have experience in trading in some game and if u stay long enough close to screen and study market u will notice that some trades r very very strange. not sayin all.
4. no1 reacts when some1 write u something offensive in topic and u report it

conclusion:
just last part of 2. is enough to not go there and that site should be closed because of scam. also, blizzard should really do some legal steps when such sites open.

These people are just scammers lock your account after you make a purchase and tell you to pay it back another way then they start blocking friends even though all they've done is sell items for fg and never paid for any but since they're not making money of them they lock their accounts

Complete trash system. I was scammed on their website and I did what was told to do and make a scam post. I provided the 100 different screenshots of proof and and they banned the guy. The guy got 10 people in 5 mins. None of us got our gold back from jsp. Its monopoly money they create. It costs them nothing to reimburse a member. Admin told me they dont reimburse and then another member showed me proof he was once reimbursed. Seems they make the rules up as they go. Another thing, the forum feels like its ran by a bunch of tree hugging weirdos who flex their admin "power".

So I had about 60 000 fg equalivament to something like 2000$ I traded 10 000 vs PayPal money to someone my bad ( was a member of the webside for many years ) they have taken everything away now , even threw I apologize them etc proved them I never traded with rmt before and asking them to sent them real money to unlock me , taking all my fg away of me , one honest mistake and your done

Possibly one of the most toxic communities on the entire internet. The leaders support the bullies and harass the honest and loyal, and if you try to reason and be genuine, they ban you and take your forum gold.

So yes, I broke the rules on 1 occasion. I worked with them honestly to try and get this fixed.

They demanded money in order to re-open my account but the only way I was allowed to do this was by postal mail. They would not accept PayPal. They took over 3000 fg and still wanted a $30 payment.
Recently Diablo 2 has had mass attacks over peoples accounts being stolen with the items being sold on Jsp. Jsp staff seem to be supporting this! A scammer Accusation has been open for some time and they are doing nothing about it!

I am also wiser in hearing that Jsp doesn't like there to be any other Diablo 2 communities, and anybody involved in these are immediately banned and have their accounts locked.

I have lost huge trust in this site, which is such a shame after being a user since 2008.
Maybe a new forum will come along where staff will have respectful, and ungreedy morals.

I also believe that this is probably the first negative review I have ever written!

I purchased d2jsp forumgold in november 2018. The site is fishy and they asked for my personal ID in case to proceed the payment. However i got the forumgold but they locked it and refuse to refund the money.

At the end they just trying to collect data, and they have an irritating shop. Which isnt one at the end. if you purchase d2jsp forumgold. It is actually a donation. So if you got any problems with your payment you actually cannot get a refund.

I refused to hand out my personal datas like ID and the forumgold got frozen. But they had already my money

Horrible customer service. They don't even try to listen to you or even care. They just get rid of you with no response.

So I joined in 2010,after about 4.5 years of d2lod making roughly 9000 fg,I stop using jspand playing diablo.well 5 years have gone by and my son asks to set it up again. So I decided to get us all cd keys so we can all play. So I go to log into my jsp and kept saying wrong password so I and multiple request to have my password reset and I either get no email, so when I do recovery and don’t have access to origanal email I get not enough information to reset password... so after a few months of looking I finally find my password that I had written down on a tablet so I go and try and sign in and get the same crap. So again I do the recovery and tell them my password and they say the same thing, not enough information... are u freaking kidding me. I gave u my password and acc name and approximately how much fg I have In their... so I think they just wiped my account out and stole the fg.... njuager,or whatever his name isis a crook. Don’t trust them..... ever . Will never spend a dime on jsp.....

It is time to remove this forum and create new like ownedcore etc. It's so old, that my granpa set there.
