Good spec of car. No pushy behaviour but also not much wiggle room with the price. Callum was professional throughout although there was some issues with payment, which led to a delay in collecting a car, understand this was beyond his control. No driveway insurance option, which would have helped the overall experience.

The whole process was. Superb from my first call to my purchase. 5 stars all round. Thank you Callum for all your help

Really easy buying process with friendly and not ‘salesy’ staff. The garage came recommended by my trusted mechanic who’d bought his own car there, which speaks volumes. Adam was fantastic

I came in to Dace’s yesterday with my mum as I wanted to look at new cars. I wanted an Audi a1 specifically.
We met Callum and he helped me go through my options and we took an Audi a1 for a test drive to another Daces not too far away. I was happy ish with the car but when we got there he showed me a 2021 VW polo and I instantly fell in love!!! He was SO helpful and he was doing everything he could to make sure I could take the car on the same day. He even drove me to a post office so we could get the tax sorted.
After a long 5 hours of talking, deciding and paperwork, callum hadn’t even eaten his dinner so I could drive off in my amazing new car!
As if he hadn’t done enough, my mums reg plate on her car was abit wonky, he even got a drill and straightened it for her! Thank you for putting up with me and my mum ALL day and your excellent service Callum!!! Amazing!!
