Als Weihnachtsgeschenk gekauft, das Barometer hat nicht funktioniert.
Die Firma lies es dann abholen und reparieren, auch das war schwierig. Im Februar habe ich das Gerät zurückbekommen, es funktioniert immer noch nicht. Die Firma verschleppt, verzögert. Die Barometer sind vermutlich nur reine, teure Dekoartikel. Sie sind funktionslos und überleben nicht den Transport oder was auch immer der Grund ist. Fazit: niemals wieder, schon gar nicht ein Produkt aus UK. Ich werde das definitiv klären, auch juristisch.

I ordered a compass and pocket watch for my husband on the occasion of our anniversary. The items are beautiful and he loves them. The pocket watch didn't tell time correctly from the time we received it. I reached out to dalvey and got a response right away. They asked for pictures and after receiving them coordinated a return to have the watch fixed. I am so impressed! No problems with receiving the watch back which we did get it back yesterday. Waiting to see if it is telling time correctly as my husband has it with him but Dalvey did time trials before sending it back after it was fixed so I am confident it is fixed. They also replaced the loop on top of the watch because it had broken off. This was all covered under warranty. I am very impressed with this company and will definitely order from them again knowing they take great pride in their products and customer service. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed with the compass i received. the engraving was put in the wrong spot.
I checked and rechecked and I know I am correct.
This is something that cannot be fixed as its engraving.
The front of the compass has an oval shape, that is where on the website order form is where I put the initials. Why would I want them on the back,,,, Christmas present fail

I was a bit undecided whether to proceed or not, based on some reviews, but I am so glad I did it. I was actually met by a superior client service - prompt, polite, effective - and received a perfect delivery. The parcel was cerefully packed. Inside it, a high quality, beautifully crafted and presented, product. The mahogany presentation box is entirely worth its price, absolutely sleek and tasteful. Thank you, Dalvey!

We bought a watch from them 3 1/2 years ago as a gift, and the recipient has worn it less than 20 times. Last week, the minute hand fell off. In my opinion, this is basically a fashion watch of questionable quality. Very disappointed. I would not support this brand again.

I bought a pocket watch from Davley about 5 years ago, and unfortunately, the winder got broken and fell out.

Contacted Dalvey to ask if they could help and received a prompt reply with clear instructions. After confirming the problem by emailing some photos of the watch, I shipped it back to them.

The repair was carried out in a timely manner and the watch safely returned to me. All for a very reasonable price.

Communication with the team was excellent, the service from start to finish was great, and I'm extremely happy with the result.

Horrendous failure to properly ship international goods. No customer service assistance to clear customs. DO NOT BUY.

Failed to properly classify goods for customs clearance. Failed to provide information to carrier. I am now stuck trying to complete customs worksheets for carrier - nearly impossible. No idea if we will ever get these goods. No one at company has replied to me or carrier. Gone dark.

I’ve made an order on Thursday evening I emailed customer service to confirm how long to adjust and to ship the gift I ordered takes, because of Christmas they said they would prioritise my order. It’s now Saturday morning and I just received it and it’s packed so well I’m so excited to gift it to the special someone I ordered it for and customer service is so good I’m very pleased with Jarryd, very helpful and very kind acted so fast I’m shocked to receive this gift so quickly

Non mi è piaciuto il modo di agire del servizio clienti. Se da un lato c'è stata rapida comunicazione, dall'altro mi sono un po sentito preso in giro. In particolare, premesso che con l'ufficio siamo clienti loro (ad oggi abbiamo già preso 3 orb clocks ed un orologio Sedan e occhiali da sole), sul sito dalvey.com_it_customer-care
è chiaramente scritto che per spese superiori a 100 euro, la spedizione è gratuita in Europa. Tuttavia, andando a completare un ordine superiore a 100 euro, ma inferiore ai 300, si pagano 13 euro di spese standard. Contattati, rispondono che la consegna standard gratuita è superiore a 300 euro e mi confermano che avrebbero modificato e chiarito l'equivoco sul sito.
Ad oggi, a distanza di 10 giorni, è rimasto tutto invariato. A dir poco scorretti. Attenzione a ciò che fate

I purchased a compass as a gift. And while it hasn’t been unwrapped or used yet by the recipient, ordering and delivery were SUPERB and extremely fast (rush delivery, barely 2 days, with an inscription).

I examined the product before wrapping it, and it seems truly exquisite: heavy and robust, beautifully detailed.

I have always loved the voyager travel clocks
they have now stopped selling them .
They have also stopped customer service it is now
non existant no spares no repairs just sorry we cannot help, I would never want to buy a watch from them once it is discontioud and out of warranty

Just had delivery of a compass (ordered as a special gift) & I’m so impressed with the quality & the service. The compass is beautiful, the engraving perfect, and the packaging is lovely, well worthy of giving as a gift. From order to delivery was less than 2 days- very impressive. I would absolutely recommend this company & would def order again. I don’t often write reviews, but in this case, they absolutely deserve it.

The service from Dalvey & the qaulity of their product was absolutely fantastic ! I requested adjustments to be made to the engravings & they were very swift and helpful ( a mistake that I made ). Their delivery was swift & they were just an absolute delight the interact with.
