Rubbish Cork Bath mat

Bought Cork bathmat at a cost of £25.00 and it is total rubbish. It never dries and has wet marks on it 24 hours after standing on it following shower.

I ordered some brown trousers a striped


I ordered some brown trousers a striped t shirt came instead I rang and was told a label would be sent for that return. I said I don’t want to cancel the trouser order which was agreed would be sent to me. Then a text came through to say I would be refunded for trousers. I didn’t want that. Phoned Sian 26/2/26 MJQ081B12FJ chocolate trousers size 12 £13.49 Acc 8282984472.

When the return was made/being arranged, did you write on the returns form that the original item - trousers - was still required? If not, this could explain why a refund was issued instead. Again I sincerely apologise for this.

If the Trousers are still required a new order would need to be placed so that they can be sent to you. A new order can be placed using any of our usual order channels - telephone, online or post.

There is a lot of variety of items

There is a lot of variety of items, most of the time they have my size. Jeans are good and three different leg lengths which is great. I do find that some of the prices are a bit high so I’m careful about what I buy. And I like the different ways to pay

I love shopping with my favourite


I love shopping with my favourite catalogue Damart. I like Damart, I love the style of the clothes, the quality is second to none for me certainly better than some high street stores, Everything is always packaged with care. I like they have lots of discounts all the time and free gives if I get a free gift sometimes I give away to a family member, Facebook or I take to the local charity shop, so someone will always benefit from it, I think Damart is a very thoughtful brand unlike any other I have known and I really appreciate that. Thank you to Damart.

NEVER AGAIN FROM DAMART

Ordered item from Damart which was wrong. I rang them twice and was put on hold. What they do not tell you you is that you are being charged at a premium number cost. The item was less than £12.99. The cost of the the phone calls (just received my bill from EE today) is £17.90.
My return money was, after waiting, was £10. Buying from Damart cost me a OVER.£20.
WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. RIP OFF MERCHANTS

If/when calling our main number - 0871 423 0000 - yes this is charged at 13p a minute plus your standard network access charge. Such call costs are advertised in our brochures and online. The bathroom mats are just the colour needed but little disappointed there is no rubber backing; just hope they don't slip.

It's the same old same old

It's the same old same old. You receive a new catalogue in the post with the latest deals etc. Everything looks great, the pictures and the clothing are good. You think to yourself "That dress looks lovely. It's in my size and it's in stock. I'll go online and order it." You log in and you put the catalogue order number for the item in the search box. It doesn't recognise the number. Instead it gives you something approximate to the order number. Which is nothing like the thing you want. So then you put the description in the search box and hey presto , there's the item you want. Nothing like the order number in the catalogue!! This garbage system of two different order numbers has been going on for years and still Damart cannot rectify it. When you phone up at 13p a damn minute, even the lackys on the other end of the phone can't explain it. So what chance does the custome have. Other than to either order over the phone at a cost. Or hope you get lucky online and find the item you've spent ages looking for. It really is past a joke now. Either sack those in IT and rehire someone who knows how to programme the system. Or retrain those inhouse to get it right first time. RANT OVER.

UPDATE to my experience. Thank you Adele for your reply to my criticism. I followed your instructions and I am very pleased to write that it actually works!
Now, my next missive is, whilst I am still correct about my criticism and you are correct about your information; WHERE does it say that this is the stated procedure when making an order online? The first thing that you see when you sign in to order is the larger search box. Why is that search box differerent to the catalogue? Why are the order numbers different for the same product? That said, I am now properly informed as to the correct procedure when ordering from an offline catalogue on an online wbsite. Thank you.

When ordering from the catalogue, you need to enter the reference number on to our quick order. This will then bring the item up for you. Please see example type in the 7 character catalogue reference to find your item for example CGT 178X. Our quick order can be found on our home page.

Our calls are charged at 13p a minute. The rest of the charges are levied from your telecom provider.

Damart keep sending mail for a customer who moved away 2 years ago - despite sending Damart an update by returning the mail to them they continue to send mail out
