Fantastic Customer Service Team
From the start the team at Danbro provided one of the best support and customer service.
Emails replied to very quickly, going into details about the best way to manage my take home pay and making alterations to accommodate my needs.
I honestly thought a big company like Danbro would have a very slow and impersonal service, I was wrong, response times were like working with a small family run business, quick and the team always spoke to you like they see you everyday.
I have one gripe and that's the use of the apprenticeship levy, which according to the government should be accessible to employees at any time, Danbro put blocks on this even though legally as an employee regardless of the term of contract you should be able to have access to, as you're paying for it...but this doesn't have anything to do with the team but how the company operates.
Overall the team are 5*
Company 3/4* due to the inability to use the apprenticeship levy.

Been forced to switch umbrellas
Been forced to switch umbrellas, so chose Danbro. Took 5 attempts to get through on the phone as it kept ringing off whilst in a queue. Then the guy said Iâd need to pay the salary sacrifice into my pension myself rather than it be automatic. All umbrellas would do that he said. Not happy I tried Pay Stream instead and they said it would not work like that. Guess what? I went with PayStream!
