These shoes are so beautiful I want to wear them all the time. I have wide feet and high arches so the adjustable strap is perfect. ( once I worked out how to use the buckle). I've lost count how many of my dancers and colleagues have got on to using Dancing Ga Ga after seeing the shoes I have purchased from them.

the shoes arrived pretty quickly. They look nice, however I dance tango and found that the rubber sole is not the best for pivoting and turning.

Really pretty shoes - I ordered the wrong size but Customer Services were brilliant and we got it sorted very simply and pain-free.

Shoes arrived in good condition and look nice overall. However, be prepared to pay for return shipping if the size doesn’t fit you. Depending on the country, the return cost can be very high . Sometimes up to half the price of the shoes.

I payed 53 euros for shoes that don't look the same as the picture (not the same colour), not the right size, have a toxic smell when you open the box, are obviously very cheap and poor quality.
When I ask for a return they are trying to discourage me by asking me more information, more photos, asking me to send another email, pictures of the soles...just in order for them to give me the return address (?!) and just for them to tell me how to return the shoes (that's surreal)...I have never experienced any company doing that, honest companies just give you the return address and send you a refund, point blank.
I realize I have been scammed and ripped off.
Don't make the same mistake as me, don't get robbed from your money on the Dancing Gaga website.

This has been one of the most outrageous shopping experiences I’ve ever had. First, I ordered a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. On the website, they clearly state that they offer returns — yet this is absolutely NOT true. I emailed their customer service multiple times asking to return the shoes, and no one ever responded. Not a single reply.

Then I ordered another pair in the correct size, and the quality was beyond shocking. The very first time I wore them, the buckle broke immediately. I’ve attached the photo. For a company that claims to sell dance shoes, this level of craftsmanship is unacceptable.

Between the complete lack of customer service, the false advertising about returns, and the terrible quality of the product, this feels like a scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this store.

I received my new shoes today looks like a very cheap material are made of.
The material in the hill isn't glued all the way there's a big bubble of lose material.
Description is very irrelevant compared to what the website show.

Die Schuhe kamen relativ schnell an, aber " real leather" niemals!. Real Plastik eher, für den Preis eigentlich auch nicht zu erwarten, aber dann darf auch kein Echtleder in der Beschreibung stehen.
Bestellt habe ich "Womens real Leather Customized Heel Teaching&Practice shoes", sowie " DS Womens Real Leather Customized Heel Jazz Dance Shoes Boots.
Ausser der Wildleder Sohle finde ich an beiden Schuhen leider kein Leder.
Die Schuhe sehen trotzdem schön aus und sind auch bequem.

I received the shoes with no clasp. I see there r two here loose, but I will return as they r unusable. Yea there’s some extra buckles but they’re impossible to attach. Not a quality product. I want to return or get a refund.

I love these shoes. I'm a salsa dancer and they are comfortable and sturdy and the same time. I ordered the wrong size intially and the exchange process was seemless. I will order again.

Quality and customer service are on the high level.

These are the first two pair of shoes I have ordered from this company. They are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly. I recently ordered four more in different colors. I love them.
