Great costumer service
I ordered a record power lathe online from data power tools , it arrived a few days later well packaged but on opening the box I found the tool rest was missing so I phoned data and got a very helpful david who advised he'd get straight on to record to sort matters out but being a Friday afternoon it would have to be Monday.
David phoned back on Monday to tell me it was sorted and new part was on way .

Fantastic Service
Ordered a Rivet machine from here, unfortunately the charger was faulty.
After one phone call a new charger was on its way. Thanks for the great customer service, sometimes lacking here in the UK.
