Very poor communication from DBK…
Very poor communication from DBK Special Parts. Customer support was no help in explaining the duties owed after ordering and paying for parts. Also, as I’m ordering multiple parts for my BMW S1000RR somehow Ducati parts were mixed in and I would have to pay more $ to return these parts than they are worth. Beware if you are ordering outside of Italy.

Hi , thank you for your order. Every country has its own rules about tariffs, you get those from all the companies based outside USA depending on the products and their origin. Your benefits of purchasing on our e-commerce are: fast shipping and 2 years warranty with us. If you rather prefer to deal with an intermediary in the USA we have a strong network of dealers there: https://www.dbkspecialparts.com/en/content/9-dealers-and-installers. With those, you won't pay any customs duty. On our e-commerce you must flag that you are aware of the possible duties in your country before proceeding to check-out.

DBK RED is not RED
DBK RED is not RED, at most is Bordeaux, quality products, no doubt, Black looks really good, too bad that others cheap manufacturers can make candy red at a fraction of a price and DucaBike makes them bordeaux, you can see how different is from Multistrada red. In reality I have 3 "red" nuts from them with 3 different nuances of "red". They told me it's red but I can see it :) ..they offered me possibility of returning them.. lost time for me. This was my first and last 9rder here. Sorry!
PS: in reality they are not that red bright like in the pictures! 😞
