Ordered from them once. They sent the wrong item. They outsource their returns / customer service to a third party provider because they don’t want to take responsibility and it’s infuriating and unhelpful to deal with the third party support team.

Never order from Dbayvacay!!
I am currently trying to get them to send me the order I purchased as I received a completely different bathers set . I have offered photos for evidence and the only solution was giving me a $10 refund
Very disappointed.

I ordered swimwear from DBvacay and received items that were incorrect in colour, style, size, and fit. Two items were completely different from what I ordered, and the third did not match the product description (advertised as high-waisted but delivered as low-waisted).

I contacted customer service immediately and provided clear photo evidence multiple times.

Instead of following their own published Return & Refund Policy, DBvacay:

- Claimed the items were “correct” despite photo proof
- Repeatedly refused to issue a full refund
- Tried to pressure me into accepting partial refunds ($14 → $32)
- Told me I could “resell or give the items to others”
- Finally stated they would only refund me if I paid expensive international shipping to China, for their mistake

Their policy states that when incorrect items are sent, the seller is responsible for return costs — yet they refused to honour this.

This was an exhausting and dishonest experience. If you order from DBvacay and something goes wrong, be aware that they may refuse responsibility and try to wear you down instead of resolving the issue properly.

I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.

Do not order. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE so they actually never refund you. You have to dispute payment because a robot answer.

Scam. It took forever to send some of my things after I said I was going to cancel with my bank (still waiting the bank to solve it). And there's one piece that they never sent, even with me asking.
The tracking is a suspicious as the unknown location of their account.
And the quality is definitely not worth the price.
Regrets over regrets.

Terrible Experience – Repeated Mistakes and Poor Customer Service, scam.
I ordered from this company twice, and both times they messed up my order.

First time: I ordered 3 items, and they only got 2 right.

Second time: I ordered 7 items, and only 4 were correct. That’s 6 incorrect items out of 10 across two orders!

When I reached out to return the wrong items and asked for a proper refund, they completely refused. Instead, they offered me a ridiculous refund amount that doesn’t even cover the price of a single swimsuit I paid for! This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor service, no accountability, and a lack of respect for the customer. I would not recommend buying from them, you risk wasting your time, money, and energy.

Never received package and sent me a delivery paper showing my address but no signature! I never received now will not speak to me! Scam and rip off so not order from this site!

Wrong product received, 5$ refund for a 59$ swimsuit, and a very very low quality

I bought 2 items from them. After a few months send I received a wrong item. They are saying as a good will , they pay me $7. Although I paid more than $50 to them. I really don’t understand what they mean as a good will ! They should refund me or send me the right item. Never buy from them

This company has one of the worst customer service policies I have seen yet. I purchased 2 swimsuit sets and 2 dresses for a vacation I had planned a month out, and the shipment didn’t arrive until after I returned from my vacation. When I tried to return the items (which were of bad quality to begin with) they told me that due to me having received the items I had purchased I could not return or expect a refund. After over a month of going back and forth, they ended up refunding me $19 when my original order was $164. Terrible customer service, terrible quality of materials. Will not buy from here again and don’t recommend anyone else buying their product

Made 3 orders in April for my destination wedding in June. Months later, I still don't have all the items and the items that did arrive are not true to size or are the wrong items, with pictures of items sent clearly not matching what I ordered. They keep responding that the ordered items are what was sent, even with photographic proof otherwise. They refuse to allow me to return items and keep offering a fraction of what I paid to keep the items. They don't fit and several of them are not what I ordered. Worst experience with an online order in a very long time.

🚨 BEWARE of @dbvacay and @parllpasion – Terrible online shopping experience!
I placed an order with @dbvacay, and after waiting for over 3 months, they sent me the wrong items — even though I had clearly confirmed the correct products via email and attached images. Despite this, they insisted it was the correct order, refusing to acknowledge their mistake.

To “compensate,” they offered a very small amount of money, trying to convince me not to ask for a refund. When I refused, they increased the compensation slightly — still far from the item’s actual cost — and kept avoiding giving a full refund.

Then came the excuse:

“Returning to our warehouse is expensive, why not give the item to a friend?”
This is a manipulative tactic used to delay, distract, and wear you down.

And when I pushed for my full refund? They disappeared. No replies.

I’ve found that @parllpasion uses the exact same tactics — wrong orders, minimal compensation offers, discouraging returns, and then ghosting.

⚠️ These shops are unethical and take advantage of customers’ patience and trust. I don’t want others to go through the same thing. Avoid @dbvacay and @parllpasion at all costs.

They deserve zero stars, but I was forced to give them one star.

Their website says that they have a return policy however, as you can see from the other reviews, they do not actually accept returns. They engage an email ping pong, dozens and dozens and dozens of just completely unresponsive messages. For example, I said “please send me a return label” and they wrote back “we see that your items were delivered!“

Just hoping you’ll give up and go away and then they offer laughable compensation like $15 Instead of the $100 refund, claiming the cost of shipping is too high.

This is not typical e-commerce company, this is a scam company making fraudulent claims about returns etc. Stay away.

This company is a joke. Stay far far away. Bought one of their swimsuits. Very cheaply made and didn’t resemble picture. Immediately asked to return. They said they would give me $5!! Seriously I paid $50.

They take your order and give it to a company in China which ships an order in 2 months. The stitching , material , sizing everything is pathetic. I ordered 2 swimsuit and got only 1. The price in bill is 10$ where as i paid > 100$ for two pieces. This is just day light robbery. Don't fall for the pictures on the website. This is a fraudulent website

waited so long for my two items and then out of the blue they sent me a partial refund . No explanations, didn’t think much on it.

Then the shipment finally came and it’s none of the items I ordered! They only wanted to refund me for 5 dollars and told me to just keep the item because shipping back is so expensive.

They claim package was lost my post office claims never received it. Wanted more money from me to replace it. Refused to refund me. Horrible customer service and I’m not even sure they ever sent me my package. Don’t use!

I placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received it . I looked at the tracking and it says the package has been stuck in New Orleans for 3 weeks now. When I ask for an explanation for why I have not received my package I get a generic response that the package is on track to be delivered within the correct time frame of 2 -3 weeks which is not true. It does not appear that the package was shipped and I think this is a scam. Proceed with caution and I would NOT recommend purchasing from this store!!!!!!!!!

Terrible Return Process – Proceed with Caution

I ordered three swimsuits from this site and while the quality was nice, the sizing runs small. I attempted to return two of them, which was supposed to be allowed under their return policy. The policy states you need to email their support team to initiate the return—which I did well within the timeframe.

Unfortunately, that’s where things went sideways. Despite my return being approved, I have gone back and forth with their support team 26 times trying to get the actual return instructions. Instead of providing them, they’ve repeatedly offered increasing amounts of compensation to keep the items, starting at $10 on May 21, 2025, and most recently offering $22—still not enough to make up for what I would receive after paying for return shipping (around $35).

I’ve made it very clear I’m willing to return the items or accept a refund equivalent to what I’d get back, but they continue to avoid giving me the return details.

If the items had fit, I might have been a happy customer. But the lack of follow-through and poor customer service around returns have made this a frustrating experience. If you're unsure about sizing or think you might need to return anything, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

This was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had with an online retailer. According to their website, customers are eligible for a refund or exchange if the product is incorrect or defective. I received an item that was far too large and promptly contacted the company to initiate a return or refund. However, they refused to provide a return shipping label, claiming the cost was too high.

I attempted to resolve the issue through their customer service, but they do not offer a phone number and communication was limited to slow and unhelpful email responses. After multiple attempts to resolve the matter, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to recover my funds.

I strongly caution others against purchasing from this company. In my experience, they do not honor their stated return policy and their practices raise serious concerns about legitimacy and customer service and this company.
