Ethernet cable installation - we had excellent service from Digital Direct Aerials. Installation was of professional standard with care taken to not cause and disturbance or mess. Would definitely recommend

We have had problems with WiFi in our home since signing up for full fibre with Vodafone last summer. Despite trying several ways to improve the WiFi we were unsuccessful. We then contacted Digital Direct and Ben came to the rescue!

In a little over 3 hours he had fixed the problem and set up all of our appliances for us to enable a better network.

Great advice on a huge tv wall mounting. Having tv mounted made huge difference to the room. Very pleased.

Richard the fitter was polite and took time to explain what he would do to help sort our problem out.He gave us a guaranteed clear price. The work was was carried out within a day, and so far so good. I feel the satisfaction that in the unlikely situation that the problem is not resolved it will not mean more money, money. Thank you. Although my original tv aerial had lasted only 7 years from aerials direct I was again really happy with them. The service they give is second to none, they explain up front the cost and offer advice. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

What a pleasant surprise a company that does what it says. A great chap called Andy arrived listened to our needs and then provided a fantastic service. No hard sell just plain honest professional advise . Friendly and hard working a pleasure to have the company at my property. I also think he did the Areial change swiftly. No mess left just the old metal for the scrap man. Price was better than I expected as well but that’s probably asking some others who were not so professional.

Fast reliable and cost was very reasonable. Same day response when i got in touch with them .Thank you to the team at Direct Digital , Thank you to Elaine who was really helpful with the booking and the needs that i required and to Richard who explained everything clearly and knowledgeably, a lovely man.

Very pleasant receptionist who responded to our request for help in sorting out our new tv recording box. Engineer arrived same day and quickly identified problem. Sorted out and now working correctly.
