If I could do less than 1 I would. Do not use them. Their methods is mass messaging on linkedin and that's it. Among all that mass messaging they managed to find me a hell of a lot more brokers offering paid services, so-called investor trying to sell me their book, 1 call to a guy who was looking for work and 2 college kids. It is like they don't even vet these calls. Not 1 actual investor meeting has occurred over a year. Nothing more. They claim to have a pool of investors but only showed our project to 4 per their response when I asked about the pool. They guaranteed 30 calls in 90 days, not even close and in the monthly email report they actually tried to claim those calls as progress. I have asked for my 5K back as they have not done 1 thing I was sold on. To add, they then tried to get us take a loan. I didn't need to spend 5k for a loan application and if I was told that this was going to be the last resort because they couldn't get us an investor call I don't think I would have signed on. This company is a bait and switch, poor process and sucks at even getting us one call and make excuses and will not refund my money. On principal alone I feel a lawsuit is needed. I would gladly sign onto a class action lawsuit with those who have been burned by Dealraise. I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a fraud complaint with both the state and FBI. This company is a joke and fed up. Do not use them!!!

I provided professional services to DealRaise including pitch deck creation, funnel setup, and website work. All work was delivered as agreed and used in their business.

After the work was completed, payment stopped. An outstanding invoice of over $3,000 was never paid. Multiple follow ups were ignored, and communication eventually stopped completely.

This was very disappointing, especially coming from a company owner (Jonathon Kendall) who understood the scope and value of the work.

I would advise other service providers to be very careful and ensure full payment up front before starting any work.

So far, our interaction with this company has been less than stellar. I am seeking an investor/investors to get our business up and running. I ran across their advertisement on FB and decided to contact them. A time was set up. I received a phone call detailing information I would need to supply for a free consultation. I received several reminders, via text, confirming the time and date of the consultation. When the consultation time arrived, I received no phone call. I received a text stating to check my email and to click a link. I had no such email. I texted back and said I had not received an email, and I resent my email address in case they had the incorrect one. Due to the response I've received, I now know the texts were an automated response. I tried everything I knew to get in contact with DealRaise to confirm my appointment time, only to have them cancel. I tried creating an account with them in hopes of being able to contact someone. Once the account was created, I could not log in. I even made an account twice with the same information. I assumed the first one didn't take because it did not tell me I already existed. There is no way to contact a person or anyone, for that matter. I assume that this is not a legitimate business.
