Was talking to richard and chris and they were both great so much help from them so much understanding

Richard made sure i was very happy with my payment plan so easy to sort out and definitely made me less stressed about my debts

25 cold calls to my number!!!!! Wideboys with no professionalism. Challenged why they called and they hung up.

Communication from the agent, the want to help get the issues resolved finding a choice that suits and is able to meet the needs of yourself and the creditors is spot on couldn’t of asked for anymore help regarding the situations

Connor was great and explained everything well and didn’t judge and was understanding about my debts

I have literally just made my first payment today for my two loans and two credit cards after not being able to get a driving test for 16 months and being out of work until I got it back. I had loads of missed payments and the Advice Centre Group basically just sorted it all out for me and now I only have one monthly payment I thought I was bankrupt but I wasn't I just needed my driving licence back to get back to work and now I've made the first payment I can honestly tell you that it is a five star service. I would fully recommend I had never missed the payment while I've been working and it was killing me missing all of those payments and today it's sorted and I feel a lot better fully recommend to anybody.

Minus 10 stars 5 stars not even close I asked them for help they might as well of swore at me told me.to f off that's exactly what they did nicely scum people wouldn't help me waist of space

Completely useless, said they were an “advise centre” but wasn’t able to give me any! Completely unprofessional and misleading they said it was only used for wiping debt off!

I would recommend Debt Advice centre to anybody who is in debt.and wanting to get urgent help .100% excellent customer service .
