Debt advice centre is an excellent and credible organisation.My experience with them gave me a very big relief and reinstated my dignity.The process is quick easy and debt free focus.
The customer service person I spoke to (Chris)and the entire team are excellent and skilful in their job role.They listen and communicate very well .

They are very helpful and where good at explaining everything and made me feel at ease and made me feel better

Ben was very patient and understanding. Made everything clear. Explained and went through everything with me. Felt at ease.

Friendly , patient helpful and with no judgements

Best service ever! After trying to fix my debt myself and declined by my bank I was feeling so low. Nowhere to turn. Desperate. I googled help with debt. Clicked the link and filled in my details... Next day I got a call from Chris who was so friendly and supportive who went through a few options and took all my details ready to come up with a plan. Next day I got a call from Connor, again he was easy to talk to and friendly and I chose a plan right for me. He gave me instructions and what my next steps were. I felt piece of mind, relieved. Anxiety reduced.. A great weight lifted. I wish I'd contacted these guys first instead of struggling. I'd urge anyone to give these guys a call!

The process was handled with confidence and the whole process was explained excellently, I was stressing about the whole process but from the initial call that stress was taken away with the advice of staff, can't fault them at all.

Our adviser Ben was very professional but also made us feel comfortable discussing our situation. He explained different aspects very clearly and he understood our circumstances.

Having come across debt issues over the years, I let everything get on top of me. So last resort I contacted this company and instantly had a message to book a suitable time and day for a phone call. Spoke to them for over an hour today- now I have all my questions answered and a plan sorted which means my stresses are massively reduced. They're really professional and made me feel better after a few months worrying. Thank you. Would highly recommend!!!!

I was really worried the whole time about getting my debts payed every month . And they never seemed to be getting paid off. So looked up some debt help and chose Debt Advice Centre and spoke to Conor who sorted out a solution for me which lifted a great weight and brought me back on control of my hard earned finances. There are a few minor down sides to the agreement but I am in control of the amount I pay each month so I can in the near future be completely debt free
