I was put at ease immediately. Very professional, friendly, understanding and so helpful. And wow, so easy to get sorted. I feel like a weight has been lifted.

Pushy and impatient

Pushy and impatient,
I was told I would be posted options , no sooner did I put the phone down I received an email to sign up.
This company seems to be more eager to earn their cut rather than help and advise.

The company are currently helping me some financial issues I have. They have been extremely clear with the information they have provided and also keeping me informed of the progress of my application. The people I have spoken to are understanding and do not make you feel inadequate as some other companies do. Thank you
