I just wanna say thank you to Jack for helping me with this problem as my acc was used by my auntie and he was patient with me while I teared up a little because it was hurting me but I just want to say he’s a great guy and I hope he gets everything in this world

Hounded me relentlessly as the new owner of my house. Told them repeatedly I was not the previous tenant who apparently owed them money. After complaining Debt Managers said they had now taken me off their system but the knocks on my door continued. Eventually took the matter to the Ombudsman and only then did they promise, in writing, to stop hounding me - so will now have to wait & see. I have no idea why they did this. If you are paying these people maybe think twice - they are neither competent nor ethical in their dealings.

Spoke with Malcolm, who is awesome.
Easy process from start to finish.
Paper work sorted.
What a wonderful experience, nothing seemed to be a problem.
Would highly recommend working with this great team of people.

Spoke to a lovely staff member named Rangi who was very helpful and friendly and helped me to solve my problem today. Wonderful customer service, never had any issues dealing with Debt Managers.

I had previously blocked contact from this company as I was worried it was a scam as I havnt heard of them before. Had a field officer arrive and leave a card at my door. When I got in contact when them I immediately felt like I was being listened to and that I was doing the right thing. Very friendly and supportive person and easy to clear debts at an amount that works for me. I feel bad for putting them off but they are not a scam and they are not scary.

I had just received a call from a CIBC Customer Rep looking for yet another late credit card payment. She recognized that I was in over my head and told me that her son had found himself in a similar situation and asked me if I would think about getting some help. I told her that I would think about it and she said her son had used DebtManagers and gave me their telephone number. Of all the collection calls I had received over the time I had been in debt, only one woman had heard the panic and pain in my voice and had decided to help. I called DebtManagers that very afternoon and with the help of their kind, caring and knowledgeable staff, I was on my way to financial freedom. I will never be able to thank DebtManagers enough for giving me my life back.

This company was do smooth with my debt. There was no hidden fees and everything was spelt out to me before I agreed. During my payment schedule ran into some additional problems and they were great with that. Stopped payments for about 4 months with no interest.
